Tried ordering lunch (yesterday 7July23) thru the drive thru intercom, I asked the female taking my order what is the difference between a small and medium sandwich and she very rudely responded one is small one is medium. To my surprise i asked are you serious can you be more specific which she did but i was too irritated to continue to do business with someone so unprofessional for no reason so i drove off and reluctantly ate Taco Bell next door. It’s not like i walked into subway and asked the difference between a half foot long and a foot long, i had barely seen the prices and calories on the menu board in such short time to place the order. Please train your employees to be respectful.

I ordered a turkey smokecheesey sandwich on the jalapeño bread. First off, the bread is out of this world. Crispy on the outside, heavenly soft and delicious on the inside. Perfect amount of meat. Top notch sandwich. Extremely satisfying. Go here.

No clue how I slept on this place for so long. Just go there and get what looks good. My personal favorite is the Deluxe Original with Jalapeño cheddar bread. They are a little slow at times and it’s sorta pricy (in comparison or other sandwich spots) but it’s worth it.

Feeling ripped off. Advise against purchasing gift cards that promise $5 bonus gift cards (via Schlotzsky’s email ad). After purchasing, the fine print that came with the digital ‘bonus’ gift card states it is actually a promo and cannot be combined with another bonus card used in a single visit to the same location. So drove to another store in an ADJACENT CITY on my way home and the bonus card was rejected because the app consided me to be in the “same location”. This franchise has gone out of business in my state so I took the gift card and ‘bonus’ card offer (two of them) so I could purchase several sandwiches while visiting and take them back with me. Now I see why this chain is struggling to stay in business and I regret falling for this.
