Whew that drive-thru needs some help! Felt like I was never going to get through it. Went there around 12:30 and was there for 12ish minutes. Totally worth it, the food is delicious. Bread was soft unlike the Marietta location. Too much mustard, but that happens at all location I’ve encountered. I just love this sandwich! The black olives, good quality of deli meat and veggies. If you havent tried one, do it!!

This establishment is extremely unhygienic. The bathrooms are not tidy and the kitchen is evidently unkempt as well. My sandwich was served with black fly on it and I had trouble obtaining a reimbursement. This particular Schlotzky’s franchise is undeniably the worst. In addition to being pricey, the cuisine is dreadful. The Cinnabon I ordered was overcooked in the microwave, consequently resulting in a rubbery texture.

Worst food I’ve ever had from Schlotsky’s. I ordered a half Deluxe Original, which is supposed to have double meat. Instead, my sandwich had less than the normal amount of salami and at most an extra slice of ham. There was almost no lettuce nor olives and the cheese was just a glob in the middle. Also, it was cold inside! The half pizza was also cold, hard, and stale. Very disappointed. Will definitely not order from this location again!

My sandwich was really good I did the pick two and got the Fiesta Turkey with loaded baked potato soup which was okay. Order the Texas tater tots ummm don’t waste your money. Order wasn’t correctly filled had to go back in. My Cinnabon was dry. The place was clean, staff somewhat weird, customer service mediocre. Again sandwich was great!

I hadn’t been to Schlotzsky’s in over 10 years. I was excited to get the Deluxe Original which had always been my favorite. Due to a communication mix up, I ended up with the $14 Giant size. I went ahead and paid and then proceeded to try and eat this massive sandwich. It didn’t disappoint. It was fresh and incredibly delicious! I instantly remembered why I love this sandwich so much. I’ll definitely go back only next time I’ll be more careful about what size I’m ordering!

The chicken Avocado cobb salad was awful. The Lettuce and filed greens were old and rotten, and definetly not edible. Literally most of the field greens were yellow and black! The Avocado was aslo black. I don’t know how this restaurant can serve that to a customer. It was a total waste of my $11. They have lost my service. Disgusting!

Can’t exactly rate the Food, service and atmosphere when they are not open! What’s up with these stores closing hours early….I understand that is was challenging to find help a couple years ago but now there are plenty of people looking to work…. Visited the drive thru around lunch time so was expecting a bit of a delay in service. There were only a couple of cars in line so thought I may have gotten lucky. Unfortunately 15 mins later I realized that was mistaken….the service was VERY slow. Then when I finally received my sandwich and drove away, I check and see that I was given the wrong sandwich!
