I just spend 400 minutes in the drive thru, for a small smoked turkey & loaded potato soup…. I would have came back if I didn’t trust this location without getting a receipt…. Usually there are GREEN ONIONS in the loaded soup…. Whoever put fresh green peppers in the potato soup count your days… you nasty

This is an excellent Schlotzskys location in Columbia SC. They have online ordering, ♿ handicap accessible ️ parking, restrooms, and seating, excellent chips and sandwiches, a Cinnamon inside, and great desserts. Friendly staff and fast service.

We were very pleasantly greeted as we entered the store. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. Tables were promptly cleaned after they were vacated. It is clear the the staff members take great pride in providing an excellent experience. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

Unfortunately, I had to lower my 5 star rating. Went in today and the place is filthy. Tea urns were empty. They were out of their branded hot sauce that is a staple on the tables. The tables were dirty. The floors were dirty. Staff were “hooping it up” in the kitchen very loudly, even using curse words. I found out there are fairly new absent owners. This place was previously spic and span with professional staff for years with the old owners. So sad to see how it has gone downhill. At this rate, I doubt they will still be open in a year.

First time trying their food. Wasn’t too impressed. Service was ok but not great and the girl taking our order was having a hard time hearing/understanding us. We. had to wait a while for just two sandwiches that certainly were not worth $8+ dollars each and didn’t come with a side or drink.

Loved the Turkey Cobb Salad & Broccoli/Cheddar soup (Pick 2) So large that I had other half for dinner next day. A great weight watchers choice. Hubby had his original on dark rye. Always friendly service here. Wish they had one in Lexington SC again!
