Very dirty facilities. And employees had no desire or direction to clean tables. Wipe beverage area down. Clean bathrooms. Restock the soap or make sure there was any paper in the stalls. I brought that to their attention. No one took the initiative to go stock it out. I perceived that is a direct reflection of their management and leadership.

First time here, I had the Turkey BLT ❤️. I love how unique the bread was, chewy and light at the same. My wife had the salad, and i tried a few bites, it was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back to try other delights. Oh yeah, the cookies were good too!

I’m a frequent customer. Love the food. Great staff. But, today something was really off! Walked in to 1 person working! Had a discount card which really threw him when he took our order. He did manage to get the order taken. He told us he was the only one there and the other guy was off doing something! We were there during an off time, 3:30 pm. After we sat down, suddenly 2 more workers showed up? One of the workers, a girl kept staring at us like we had done something wrong??? My husband got the smoky beef sandwich, I got flatbread and salad and granddaughter got kids pizza. The salad was gross! Strawberries were mushy and lettuce was brown. The dressing tasted like straight vinegar. My husband didn’t finish his sandwich. Food just wasn’t as good as usual. I had never seen the people that were working there before. Not sure when I’ll be back. Very disappointed.

My wife and I stopped in today for lunch. I ordered a sandwich and she got the Strawberry Chicken salad. She had only taken a few bites when I heard her gasp and scoot back in her chair. There was a bug crawling in the salad. We took it back and showed them. A few minutes later the manager came by our table. He asked if she wanted another salad with a new bag of lettuce. My wife said no, that she had lost her appetite. He then asked if she wanted a refund, which he did give us…. but only for the salad. I finished my sandwich and we left. I went through Arby’s drive through to get her something to eat.

I grew up in Texas and had a Schlotzsky’s around the corner. After moving to the East coast, where Schlotzsky’s is not on every corner, I was missing the toasty sandwiches something fierce! FINALLY found a Schlotzsky’s within 50 miles! AND YES…they are worth driving 45 minutes out of town for lunch or dinner!! The BEST warm, toasted, sandwiches this side of the Blue Ridge! The sourdough bread is baked to perfection and crispy. The meats are delicious. I can go on and on…but you just need to check this place out for yourself! Definitely coming back!

Food is good. More often than not the workers get our order slightly wrong. It only super sucks when they put food on your sammy that you’re allergic to because they’re too lazy to read.
