Excellent service and food. The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we dined, a bit extra on lighting but everything else was fantastic. Our server was friendly, had great suggestions and wasn’t pushy (as expected). We shared the tuna foie gras which was deliciousness all in one bite, would order this every time.

The food and service was spectacular. They didn’t miss on anything. I will come back again. Try the pork chop, it was delicious. Such great flavors accompanied with beautiful figs. Yummy

Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Miami. Their food is so fresh and their table bread was honestly to die for. Every ingredient packed so much flavor. We were all very happy with our meals.

Party of 8, not a single plate had anything left from the main course, the service was impeccable, the manager, I think, checked in on each course.

By far one of my favorite restaurants when I visited Miami this past week. It’s a tad different than your typical Italian food.

Black cod was too salty, pasta special was uneatable, dessert was mediocre, tomatoes salad was good and so was fried calamari.

Best fine dining Italian in Miami Beach. Scarpetta sets the bar for every measure of a restaurant experience: ambiance, service, quality of food, & taste. Surprisingly for being in the Fontainebleau, its not as expensive as you’d expect. We spent $165 which comparable to most places in Miami Beach is a good deal for 2 in restaurant of this caliber. The decor inside is a relaxing upscale nautical theme, very pleasing to spend time enjoying the atmosphere. Our waiter Eddy made the experience honestly. He’s clearly a seasoned professional and treated me and my partner like we were VIP guests. He was very kind, personable, charming, and not overly involved or hovering – exactly how you want your waiter to be. He was spot on in asking us questions, guiding us through the menu, and suggesting options that were responsive to our particular tastes, from cocktails, appetizer, entree, and finally the desert. First, be warned the bread with ham inside alone could be a meal – its that good. We stared by sharing the burrata – just so creamy and tasty – along with the braised short rib – a test of our manners as it exposed both our gluttony in wanting the last bite. I left a piece of my soul in my entree, the duck & foie gras ravioli, it was that good. The roasted chicken was perfection for such a traditionally simple dish. For desert, the chocolate cake topped us off and made us loosen our belts. I highly recommend & can’t wait til we can return.
