I got two large slices of pizza and one drink for $12. The pizza was good but greasy, and they didn’t have any ice, so no cold soda. The employees were nice, though, building was clean, and it is close to the restrooms.

Try to imagine this star signifies -10 right now. I thought to try something new but this was the worst Stromboli I’ve ever had. Wasn’t even baked to perfection, still cold and ingredients were basic. Maybe the slices are better… but I wouldn’t know…

I went to the SBARROS in the fashion valley mall in San Diego and boy let me tell you this has to be the worst pizza I have ever tasted. To start you get a lake of oil on every single slice, dabbing the oil off just soaks the towel instead of taking off the oil. Not to mention their tomato sauce, it’s the most watery sauce I’ve ever tasted. After some time it soaks it into the crust and gives it this disgusting taste. It was like the tomato sauce was just tomato juice there was chucks of tomato still in it and all. Second, (or third, whatever) the cheese, it was sliding off the pizza, thanks to the watery sauce. Here’s a tip, DONT LEAVE THIS PIZZA FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. When it cools it’s just NASTY, so I recommend just getting one slice and not the whole pie. Service was lackluster, it was almost like we were forgotten. We asked for a whole pie and it took more than 20 minutes to get our pizza. I wouldn’t be mad at this IF THEY HADN’T SAID THAT IT WOULD TAKE ONLY 5 MINUTES. So, don’t order a pie, get a combo. It was nasty, I wasn’t even reaching for another slice. If you want to taste a pizza that is actually GOOD then I recommend Pizzos. 🙂

I ordered a pizza with ham Italian sausage XL Extra Cheese and pineapple! All it had on it was pepperoni and pineapple! And it was cold when it got there! Doordash I ordered from so I had to give them a bad review as I’m giving you a bad review also. So when someone orders a pizza make sure you put all the items on it and you’ll get a good review next time!!

The service was good, and fast. The pizza was ok, but they were out of pan pizza, and that’s what they do best, in my opinion. I got the spinach and mushroom, and while it wasn’t bad, and didn’t look burned, it had a charred flavor that wasn’t terribly off-putting, but more bitter than I prefer. I feel like I should say, though, for food court pizza it was still good. Edit: They responded asking me to do work on their behalf. This tells me they don’t understand basic customer service at all.

They have fast and friendly service. I ordered a Stromboli which I’ve never had before so I have nothing to compare it to. It’s essentially like a pizza inside of baked dough, and like an open hot pocket. I had the one with cheese bacon and sausage and it was pretty good. I think I’ll stick with their pepperoni slice next time, it’s been my favorite since I was about 5 years old. I can’t believe I’ve been eating Sbarro for 25 years!
