Unfortunately the manager that works at this location her name is Fatima has got to be one of the least competent human beings that has ever managed a small business . It’s very difficult to understand why they promote these people that are incredibly incompetent cannot perform their jobs cannot communicate with customers do not speak English very well. Are trying to multitask and are just completely lacking any type of confidence in their jobs.

They never have things ready when they open. I love buying the whole stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza but they say it takes an hour to have it ready and they will not let me order it over the phone. I always ordered this pizza before and it was never a problem until recently. What a shame.

Had a pickup order and was sent to the end of the line and waited over 30 minutes to be told I was right where I first tried to pick it up. The girl and the register was rude( I didn’t catch her name) and when I told the manager Darryl she didn’t care and was also rude. Then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes after my order was confirmed. Horrible customer service and horrible experience!
