This was our first time trying this place. My son wanted to try it out. Look, this is not the best pizza you’re going to have in your life, but it is really good for a mall pizzeria. The customer service was exceptional. The place was very clean. The breadsticks lacked flavor, but the customer service made up for it. The guy could not have been friendlier.

Our service was awful. All I ordered was the spaghetti and meatballs which is posted on their menu for $9. The cashier talked me into a drink and told me my total was $15. When I questioned it, I was told the spaghetti and meatballs was like $13 and not the $9 posted on their menu. The rude cashier told me “It costs a lot to update the menu, I don’t control that”. I asked to speak to the manager and when he came out he was rude also. I asked if they were going to honor the price on their menu and he begrudgingly poked at his screen until it magically rang up as “spaghetti and meatballs $9”. Go figure. The food was delicious but watch your total if you go here.

The buy your own pizza deal is just that, a pretty good deal. Would recommend if you can do that. Slices by themselves can be a bit pricy but usually are decent. Just go buy a drink somewhere else though, better deals elsewhere in the mall

My daughter and I ate there yesterday. I’m not going to complain about the prices because it’s what i expect to pay inside a shopping mall. She had a slice of pepperoni & sausage Sicilian pizza, and I had a pepperoni Stromboli w/ a side Caesar salad. We both woke up vomiting this morning 🙁

I will be calling this pizza place in the morning with how horrible my service was from one female worker. I came in yesterday 10/29/2022 at 5:00 PM to get a slice of cheese pizza and the young woman there with brown hair, glasses and braces was so RUDE to me about having to get me a to go box. When I asked the woman who checked me out in the front to get me a to go box because I forgot to ask the woman who took my order for one when I was dealing with my upset 4 year old, The young woman who took my order gave me the dirtiest look and rolled her eyes at me. I’m sorry her job is SO HARD putting a slice of pizza in the oven for a minute and putting it in a box. I will never come back here and pay $6 for a nasty slice of pizza this young woman served us. The rest of the staff in the very front was amazing though. I have never experienced someone so rude having to get a BOX for a slice of pizza. Find a new job please because food service is not in your roll.
