Pizza is always amazing as well as their side options and strombolis missing a start only because the price has become pretty outrageous. Understanding that most everything has gone up but to our family it’s just not worth it anymore

Sbarros is never phenomenal normally it is quite mid. This time however the items were cold. Mozzarella in the stromboli was hard because of this. The same can be said for my pepperoni and sausage double crist pizza slice. Cold toppings on the inside. The attendee was also quite short with ne and a little rude. If you serve fantastic food you can have an attitude and if your food is poor but your pleasant this can be acceptable but this rare combination of awful food and attitude will ensure I never return.

I only gave a one star because I had too. I placed an order on Door Dash But I had to cancel my order because it was taking more than 2 hours and I noticed that it kept switching drivers so I called Sbarro and tried to see what was happening but the girl that answered the phone hung up on me before I can finish what I was asking. I called back twice and she continued to hang up on me. Sbarro management really needs to consider who they hire because if they can’t even answer simple questions on the phone and then continue to be rude , then I can only imagine what the food is like. Rudest customer service EVER!!!!

If I could give zero would do so! Order a combo for $9.29 and ask for the slices in the picture and lady says those aren’t available. I said i want whats on the pic (can make the pizza) she just said I’ll have to charge more. (False advertising). $11 bucks for a meal and can’t even refill your cup! Gotta buy the larger one! Just left my second slice their… F never again!! Rude AF

The pizza is amazing as always. But the cake was horrible completely dry and lacking in flavor. Not to mention the guy forgot to charge me for it and started yelling across the food court.. So service, cake and ziti-bad . Pizza and lasagna good!
