Pretty good for mall pizza, only this is in a gas station. Kids love coming here for lunch. We stopped in around dinner time to pick up a whole pie, but they were closed. This might be a lunch-only joint so have a backup plan if you’re planning on getting the evening meal from there.

Went last night for two XL pizzas, I like that you can purchase whole or individual. Food was really good and staff was friendly, good prices as well. I will start with 5 stars based off this and hope to keep it with each visit. Very happy to see Sbarro back in Omaha, definitely spreading the word.

Food has been good every time, only taking away a star because I would recommend the cashiers to wear a hair net I found a piece of hair in my pizza but it makes sense the lady cashier had her hair flying all over the place. Other than that pretty good service.

I haven’t had Sbarro since the late 90s, and I guess it was the teenagers working at the mall food court that made it a little lackluster, but I was never a fan. The three pizzas my wife and I ordered last night were each equally different, yet extremely delicious. The leftovers we had for lunch were just as good.

I usually love going here but recently it hasn’t been hitting. The food is always great but I’m having trouble more with the employees. Specifically one that is a short, dark skinned female with glasses that seems to work during the evenings. Every time she takes my order and I order any type of sauce cup she almost always forgets to put it in with the order. And when I ask about it she seems clueless until another person tells her that it’s on the counter or something. And one other time when I wanted my food bagged up, half way through the store phone rang and she dropped everything to take the phone call. Leaving me to wait for my food just to get bagged for 2 minutes. I don’t ever have these problems with anyone else. This employee definitely needs more training. I will be coming in the mornings from now on in order to avoid her.

The ladies and gents there always getting the job done when i walk in..I go there before work and get the coffee n things…staff is always nice and the store is always clean. Never a wait time…always in and out. Many cooked food items to choose from.

The drawback is the pumps not giving a receipt. You have to go into the building, kinda defeats the purpose of convince, especially when there’s a line of people. This is a new station. Get your pumps fixed.
