Honestly i love sbarro pizza but the employees here are very lazy. They dont scrape the oven enough, and they stop cooking pepperoni pizza at 6, the most popular kind. The employees apparently dont know how to not burn pizza when its just being reheated and only needs a few min. I guess blackened crust is the accepted new standard that we should expect from this location. People like these ones are the kind of poeple that give fast food workers a bad name.

Drove all the way there for my online order, they told me they were cancelling it once I got there. However, they never did, and in doing so, never refunded me. I called them about my refund and they said they couldn’t do anything because it went to the online ordering service.

Standard food court fare offering up a thick slice of pizza with a limited amount of pepperoni and sausage. The crust is a little heavy for me with standard sauce, toppings buried under a layer of cheese. Make it a combo and one of the choices is two large breadsticks and a drink.

Only giving this place 1 star because it won’t let me give it -1 stars. Ordered a pizza on 2/28/22 and went to pick it up. When I arrived, Monty told me that there was no pizza for me. After I already paid for it and he confirmed my order. He is a rude kid. You need to let this boy go as he is NOT an asset to your company nor is he living up to your company standards. I will never in my life go back to this location. I will tell everyone I know, including the Google people to never come to your establishment. You need to retrain your employees on how to act to paying customers and interact with people. This place is totally lacking the interaction part. Can’t say how the food was due to us never receiving any, but I probably know how it would taste if Monty made it. Also, Monty wasn’t wearing a hair net nor cap, which is not up to standards with the Department of Health. I think I’m going to call them in the morning and let them know as well.

You should be ashamed of running an establishment with RUDE workers. They are snippy , snide & have really bad attitudes. It seems like social hour instead of a place to get food. You need to hire all new staff. Wow wow wow. Will never eat here ever again. Your workers need an attitude check. You pay them way too much for the rude remarks and HORRIBLE customer service they give. Shame on you guys for continuing to employee such awful people. Notated on never going there again.

The pizza and service is much better since the old manager left, I think her name was Elizabeth. The employees seem happier, and everything looks much cleaner. The pizza was pretty good, a little burnt on the crust but that happens. The employees were helpful and nice. Would recommend over other food places in the mall.
