A female worker named Sinclair was very rude. We had asked for some marinara sauce at the register for our breadsticks and she replied in a snappy tone, “we don’t have marinara, we have pizza sauce.” And then just sat there and stared at us….. oh and then never gave us the sauce it sat behind the cash register. We went back to grab it after walking away and she said “I was gonna give it to you”. She also told us that we were “supposed to ask for the sauce at the beginning of the line”. We just wanted some sauce to dip our breadsticks in man….maybe more training on customer service etiquette? I understand dealing with customers can be tough, but we were very kind to her.

Stopped by around 11am and there were plenty of options for fresh pizza. Pizza, breadsticks, marinara & a drink all for $8.50. It was more than enough food for me, didn’t even get to the second breadstick. Friendly service too.

The last 2 times I came to the mall and they’re “closed” during their open business hours. Horrible customer service. They let you wait there and don’t acknowledge you even though they know you’re there. Then when I try talking to them they then rudely say they’re closed for whatever reason. Not quite sure how you can keep a business open like that.

I’ve never had any problems here before. Love the pizza and I used to work there myself!! Today a smaller lady who has worked here for quite awhile was extremely rude. Seemed to be in a bad mood while training a new boy. Not cool. If you hate your job find a new one please.

I placed an order on line my daughter picked up and brought it home, and it was not the right order. We tried calling and they never answered. My husband drove back, and addressed the issue, the staff was confrontational, and did not correct the problem.
