I learned my lesson after purchasing spaghetti from a mall pizza place! The spaghetti with meatballs was absolutely disgusting! The noodles were so over cooked that they tasted like mush. The meatballs didn’t taste of real meat and the sauce had no distinct, original flavor. Together the item tasted like something out of a can, like spaghettiO’s…yikes! Maybe next time I’ll stick to getting pizza from a pizza place, but I’m not even convinced on consuming something from here. Even the strawberry lemonade was hella sweet, not very pleasant to drink without your own water.

Ordered XL pepperoni pizza usually very good, this time it was way too salty this also came along with poor degrading customer service from 1 young girl with no professionalism who felt the need to call me everything but Ms. Everything I asked her irritated this girl she said she couldn’t wait to walk out the door among other things unfortunately when I asked to speak to a manager the nicer young lady said my best friend you were talking with is the manager… (you’re kidding) so this old lady as she called me, will be calling Corporate not that much will be done because unfortunately they are desperate for workers so this is what we have to deal with… the ghetto unprofessional behavior of some people who definitely should not be employed as a manager!

Bought 2 pizzas 7/21/2018 at 6:15pm. The pizza’s were not cooked thoroughly, the young man who took our order did not pay attention to what we ordered, he made one of the pizzas with complete sausage, which he was told to make it half pepperoni and the other one was correct.. but very doughy!! I’m very disappointed and will never order pizza from here again.. Please retrain your employees, you can’t rush pizza (doughy) and mess the order up!! Oh it wasn’t busy either.. so no excuses for poor service and quality!!

Re Sbarro in Beachwood, Ohio… I have spent the most miserable day and a half of my life after ordering food from this Sbarro location. Non-stop vomitting and diarrhea. It just doesn’t end. It should be said that I ate nothing else but the Sbarro food. As I was eating it, I noticed an odd metallic taste to the food but as I had nothing else to eat in my house, I ate multiple slices and tried to ignore the weird taste. OMG, HUGE MISTAKE. I have not stopped vomitting since and brown liquid has not stopped shooting out of my butt. There seems to be no end in sight to the constant vomitting and diarrhea. When will this end???!!!!! I would advise to avoid this location at all costs. I will never be eating at any Sbarro ever again. Thanks for the food poisoning, Sbarro. You should be closed down.
