Sbarro… more like sub-parro. I got the Sausage, pepperoni, and bacon Stromboli and it was bland, super dry, and cold even though the guy put it in the oven for a while befor giving it to me. A dipping sauce would have made it a bit better but I wasn’t offered one and would not have payed extra for one.

I stopped coming here because the food just wasn’t what it used to be. It’s gotten better but they also have anew crew. Let’s just say not everyone should be in customer service. If you have no patience don’t work with the public. I guess I’ll stop going again until something changes.

Wish i could give no stars. As a paying customer a fresh pizza was brought out and put on the stand. I asked for 2 slices of pepperoni. The guys brings up 2 slices pepperoni from i dont know where and tell me i cant have the new one displayed i have to basically have the old ones that were left prior that were not displayed. No thank you. Disappointed because i wanted more than just pizza but i left with nothing.

We purchased two bacon, sausage and pepporoni calzones today (9/9/2022) and at the Sbarro located in the Greenwood Mall and my husband bit into a METAL BOLT in the middle of his calzone. This bolt chipped his tooth but could have caused much more damage had it been swallowed. Absolutely unacceptable! We contacted corporate immediately. We demanded a refund despite the Manager trying to remake our food, now we have to pay to get my husband’s tooth fixed!

I would give this rating no stars if it was possible. I went to the went to their website ordered a pizza paid for the pizza using my debit card was given a time to pick up the pizza. I got to the mall to pick the pizza up and there wasn’t anyone working. There were no pizzas in the windows, no employees, there’s no movement of life at all. Their website did not indicate that they were closed it was 4:30 in the afternoon. If they don’t have enough help to open their store they need to disable the ability to order and pay online. I am out $18.01 and no pizza not to mention my time.

Just went to the store at Greenwood Mall in Bowling Green. I asked for a fresh slice of pizza that came out of the oven and Sarah refused to sell me the slice I wanted to buy. I’m calling Corporate. This was not appropriate and I will never buy Sbarro again. Thank you for the outrageous service.

Called my order in… what a total disaster that was asked for a total over the phone guy was completely rude said he was to busy to answer anymore questions. This place is in a mall but these people dont believe cleanliness. The guy working the cash register didn’t want to be at work. I hope this company continues make good pizza but needs to hire clean and friendly people.

Ok guys, so I went to Sbarro Pizza today, and I had awful food. The pizza I chose was cheese, and it was burnt and looked so gross I refused to eat it. The cheese was nasty looking and greasy. I got a combo so I got to choose I side. I chose breadsticks, and they were disgusting. I felt like I was eating plastic. I now feel very sick. Literally. I went with some friends and they are also sick. I think they gave me poison. Pray for me.
