This is one of my favorite NY style pizza stops. Although it is the only one that is local for me that offers good tasting NY style pizza, if you order the whole pie you always get a freshly made pizza. The staff is always nice and helpful. I highly recommend. The food court is always clean and a very nice atmosphere.

The pizza here have a great taste. My problem is the end crust is very hard, and could use some flavoring. It hurt my teeth trying to chew it. I’ve had their pizza a few times and every time, the crust is just too hard to eat. Other than that the pizza is a solid 3 stars

Service was HORRIBLE! I called an ordered a pizza and was told…it would take 15 mins . I got there the cook had an attitude and told me it would be 35 mins because he had 5 pizzas to cook before mine! I understand.. that someone could have placed a large order, but to tell me it will be 35 mins but I’ll fix it (with a bad attitude!!)Poor communication! I’ve loved Sabbro since..I was a kid! It’s my favorite, but this experience was very bad!

Sbarro is not a bad pizza and calzone kind of place. The food is good. The customer service is acceptable. The prices to me are a little higher than necessary but all in all they are not bad if you’re in a mood to splurge.

The cashier added over 20 dollars to my purchase as a tip. When I called about the charge on my receipt vs what was showing on my bank statement, an extremely rude person on the phone told me “You need to talk to yo bank” and hung up.

There were these 3-5 guys in the outside being loud, obnoxious, yelling and cursing in front of of the kids. You could hear them from across the restaurant. absolute ridiculous how childish and immature they were hitting, not using gloves, and throwing stuff.
