Less than ZERO! My special needs sister was charged $35 for a slice of pizza after employee told her the prices on menu were wrong. To add insult, she asked for no cheese because of allergies and was given a slice w/cheese and no receipt!

Shameful, NYC should sue this place for saying NY Style Pizza. Probably hands down the most disgusting pizza . They pre cook it and when you order push it through a toaster oven making it soggier than vomit. The Mac and cheese just a macaroni soup. The service which granted its a mall my expectations were already low but they managed ti be even worse. Wish there was zero stars.

Lady worker is short tempered just like her height! The food is days old just reheated and severed to anyone. I over heard manager and the short lady talking about refreezing the food for the upcoming days. I would not recommend eating here unless you wanna take a chance on food poisoning. Just a heads up!

Worst experience ever!!!!!! I purchased a combo that comes with a side and on received 1 pepperoni stick. When the menu clearly has 2 pepperoni sticks advertised as a side. Not only was I treated unfairly an talked down to by an employee who looked like she hadn’t showered in weeks, but the manager was even worse. To top it off there was a roach on my pizza!!!
