My family member visited from out of town and doesn’t eat tomato sauce. They ordered a slice of “4 cheese white pizza” from the available selections but as they began eating there was no sauce on it just cheese on crust. They were hugely disappointed as we all assumed that the “white” meant a type of alfredo sauce. I was embarrassed for taking them there because we were at the mall food court with other options. On later researching the “4 cheese white pizza” official description is: “The cheese game is strong in this decadent pizza where we give you not one, but four cheeses on our New York Style Pizza. Blast your taste buds with a sauce made with ricotta, mozzarella, romano and asiago cheese. Pair that with garlic-infused oil, Italian parsley and an asiago herb crust and take flavor to a whole new level. That’s what our 4-Cheese pizza is all about.”

We went to Sbarro’s pizza place at the mall and the lady that served us was really nice. She’s very personable and very pleasant. Her name is Nasey and she represents your establishment really well. We will be back and you should hire more people that are really pleasant with the customers.

I’m from NYC and this place reminds me of home! So in the 80’s in the Cordova mall, they had lasagna! When they had the famous Times Square location, that too was my fave there. I’m guessing for practical or economic reasons, can’t make a go of it here anymore but dang, it’s so amazing would love to see it here and I know it would be a big hit! Btw, the manager I consider a friend and is so hard working and a doll!

I don’t do reviews often, especially not positive ones but this place was so rude today. The manager took our order and seemed to be more interested in rushing to the group of gentlemen next in line than completing ours. I waited patiently and informed her that we were not finished and needed to add a slice of pizza to which she replied I would “have to come back around” to order because she supposedly couldn’t hear me after hearing everything else from the same place just fine. Almost $17 for a slice of pizza and what appears to be a knock off hot pocket that wasn’t even warmed completely. I mean Stromboli. I’m sure the $2.39 “fountain drink” I was charged for a cup of water is fresh from the spring 😉 Food wasn’t great, service was garbage. Edited to add they did trade it out for another Stromboli that was at least warmed completely through but still not very good. I used to love this place but it has really gone down hill.

This was my favorite pizza place in town. Idk what happened but today I got a whole pizza and it was dry and not what I was expecting or used to. I was very disappointed. Not only was it not the same pizza I love but the money I wasted considering how much I payed for it. Idk if I’ll ever buy a whole pizza here again.

I’m ordered three door dash twice and they messed up my order both times this pastime I ordered the white cheddar mac and cheese and they sent me some sort of pasta and tomato sauce. They really need better management and more competent in employees

I had a very great experience there last weekend. A nice young man named Brandon suggested the perfect pizza for me and my family based on all of our likes and dislikes. He was very friendly and the food was delicious! 10/10 would love to go back

So basically the leftovers from today will be the first thing you buy tomorrow. And they wont even sell the food at a discounted price at closing time. And Im sure they dont donate it to a food bank

Why would you remove the spinach pizza to place a bacon/chicken pizza? I don’t eat meat so removing my favorite was a poor choice. Will not return due to lack of compassion shown by management. Pathetic
