Sbarro is hands down one of my favorite pizza places. Some of the best tasting pizza I can find in Georgia, almost as good as authentic New York pizza. Pricey, but so good.

The service here is terrible. I’ve been standing in line for 40 minutes now without having ordered yet. If they are out of one item and someone wants it, they do not serve the people behind them. They make everyone wait for that pizza to be made. Not to mention the employee making the pizzas was talking on her phone the whole time I was in line and was not wearing a hairnet. Her hair was not in a tight ponytail. Very disappointed.

Sbarro is new to this mall. The food is good however the customer service could be better. The man has attitude and the woman seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing. They are packed with people and there are only two people working. Now you know why the man is with attitude and the woman with no clue. I tries purchasing a soda only moments after I order my food. She said I would have to go all the way to the end of the line if I wanted to purchase a soda. I took by business elsewhere so I will continue to go the the Sbarro in Mall of Georgia where they have much better service and full staff.

Absolutely terrible customer service, a simple pepperoni pizza was disgusting super greasy and smelled/tasted of cigarettes as well as the garlic bread/knot. We had thrown away the pizza before realizing we should get a refund, so we tried to at least get a refund for the bread and was accused of trying to get a refund because we couldn’t finish the food. We opted for the taco bell instead right after getting the refund if that gives you any idea how bad the food was. We were told the cigarette like taste couldn’t be from them since none of the workers smoke. The male cook was very rude as well as the female cashier. Both laughed at us when asked for a refund then proceeded to belittle us and slander us because the “customer is always right”. This is no way to treat a person especially not a customer. These people should be removed from their positions and reprimanded for disrespecting a customer on such a level.

Traveled 15 miles to this mall on my only day off of the week and they won’t honor the birthday coupon. The slices was already in the box and they put it back in front of all other customers because of their incompetence.

Trash. The skinny server with the orange braids is complete waste of space. Horrible customer service from her. Couldn’t say if my freshly ordered pie was good but when I received it the pie was getting cold and the cheese getting hard.

Poor Customer Service! After standing in line w/a cane for 20+min I ordered combo slice cheese(any side)&drink. Out of all pastas but MacNCheese. Made me pay full price for each item& .30cents for cup of ice (6pc ice), Pepsi was flat & the Mac was horrible &cost more than the slice of reheated pizza. Highly Disappointed!

I wanted a pasta platter with ziti, chicken, and breadsticks. Ziti was cold and undercooked. I wanted chicken but the person prepping the meal for us had a “whatever” attitude and didn’t bother to let the kitchen or people behind know that they were out of chicken, or at least, the people behind her didn’t hear her and didn’t bother to speak up about it. The only person that had to speak up about it was the cashier. If I were to get the chicken, I’d have to wait 10-20 mins for a small amount of chicken. If the meatballs weren’t enough, the chicken isn’t either. Breadsticks were the only thing I sorta enjoyed on the platter meal. My advice, there are way better options here than this place where you can get your food hot and ready, right off the stove or oven.
