Over the weekend my friends and were so excited to eat here since the one in our shopping mall had closed. We got up to the counter (with a long line) and we all stood there waiting for the girl taking our order to acknowledge us or… speak?…. She just stared at us and I even looked at my friend and asked her if we are supposed to order or just wait? She stared directly at me and did not speak a word. I then told her what I wanted and she put it in the oven and never said a word. Finally got the pizza out and the cashier (a young female too) stared at us and didn’t say anything either I didn’t even know what the total was or when to insert my card. The older gentleman was so sweet, my friend had to ask him if they had a certain type of pizza being made and he said he would have one soon since the young ladies don’t know how to properly speak . I noticed these girls did this with everyone. I’ve worked in retail most of my life and am probably the same age as these girls. I understand being busy and not being overly nice but this behavior was completely rude and disrespectful. Won’t be back!

The server was rude she would literally whisper when you try to place an order and ask how much was a whole pizza, I ended up ordering a slice instead. The pizza slice was terrible they do not put pizza sauce on the dough only cheese and whatever topping they claimed they do put pizza sauce on there but when I lifted I saw no sauce and they saw and still lied. Another customer in line waiting for their food said the staff was rude to her and that would be the last time she ordered from there.

The food is never a problem.. the problem is me and my daughter coming up to the counter with 2 employees staring at us and not saying anything and then another guy comes up and gets a refill on his drink with no issue and then the employee goes back to look at his phone, the other employee says “You gonna take their order? 2 times before he looked up from his phone.

Love the stuffed pizza Great place to grab a quick slice while I’m running errands in the area or if I’m having a day at the mall. They are awfully popular cause sometimes their line is four or five times longer than any other restaurant in the mall. Every slice is fresh baked while I watch. Can’t get better than that. And the tattood guy was very nice suggesting what to try next and seemed proud of what he was serving and the other guys seemed nice but more shy. I will continue to be a customer not only for the good food but also for the awesome customer service. Thank you!!

The employees of this location refuse to make orders. We ordered a pizza and two strombolis, only to wait an hour and be told they would not fulfill our order. I guess they aren’t paid enough to do their jobs? Oh well, after being a Sbarro customer for more than 20 years, never again. Not that anyone will care. Avoid.

Everyone here is saying the food is good I have to disagree a little on that one. The food is dry, it’s left out in the open most of the day. Unless there’s some trick or something I didn’t know about Sbarro to get it fresh but it’s usually just sitting outside. The spaghetti, the pizzas, everything. And for that price I’d rather it be a little more fresh or at least…warm? I feel like that’s not too much to ask. I only like it since it’s the only Italian restaurant in the whole mall.
