I’ve only had this type of pizza in an airport but this time I tried the one in the mall and loved it! I ordered the five cheese pizza slice combo with a side of Caesar salad and a chocolate chip cookie. It was really good! The slice of pizza was bigger than most places I’ve been to and well worth the price! The guy who serviced us was very polite as well! I’d try this place again! Highly recommended!

I am frequent customer at Sabarro Normally the pizza is very good but today I tried to order a fresh slice of pepperoni pizza and was told they only had the one slice left that looked very dry. I asked if there was a fresh one and was told no by the lady taking orders. As soon as my slice came out of the warmer she brought out a fresh pizza. When I got my slice the pepperoni was very burnt and when I told her she argued that it was not burnt. She said they all are like that. I told her I eat her often, that’s not how they are. She rolled her eyes and put a new slice in the warmer. The young guy at the register said “she’s new here” and I said well that’s not very good customer service. He also stated he understand it was burnt and that the cook was not the best today. The last thing I want is an argument when ordering my lunch. This is not acceptable service especially for the price of the pizza. I probably won’t be back.

Sbarro is one of my favorite pizza places. They were super quick even though there was an irate customer. Someone in line was screaming about something that the workers had no control over, and they all handled it very well. Kiara was super helpful with our orders as well. I will happily return when I come to the mall.

They were not ready to serve even though there was no one in line. Strombolis were just sitting on a rack by the oven, not in the serving station and it seemed they were not prepped to replace other items such as spaghetti and salads. Decent mall food, but the jarrito’s were a nice touch.

Had to go to Virginia Beach today and was pleased to see Sbarro in Lynnhaven Mall. Well I was pleased until I actually had the pizza. I grew up having Sbarro every time I went to the mall and had tried all their food over the years. After today, I can say I will never eat at another Sbarro the rest of my life.

This was my first time eating here and it was better than I expected. I saw that the pizza was sitting out and was worried about that since it had to he reheated. Despite that the crust wasn’t chewy or hard, it was nice and soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The garlic sticks were good too. They had a nice flavor that wasn’t too over powering.
