Went in to get a whole cheese pizza and try out the new Sbarros location. It was very clean and the food looked okay but the service was horrible. So I ordered the pizza and the girl there pulls the pizza out from one of the counter puts it in a box and ask if I want to cut into six or eight slices. So I tell her eight and she starts cutting the pizza and then pulling the slices apart with her bare hands that I never saw her once wash ever. She goes to ring me up and I told her can you now give me a pizza that you haven’t put your hands all over. She proceeds to get mad and tells me that you know longer have to wear gloves in food service there. Which I know is a lie because I’ve worked food service plenty of times before. Then she complained that she’d have to throw away that pizza and I would have to wait before she could get around to making a fresh one. So I said forget it and walked out. Definitely will not be going back to even give it a second try due to the bad first experience. Highly disappointed and that’s why I’m only giving one star
