DO NOT EAT HERE. The black guy making the pizza needs to be fired. TWICE we have been in this location and the black guy would not make us a whole cheese pizza. We were willing to wait and he told his coworker no again. He is lazy and incompetent. The owner/manager needs to be made aware he is causing you to loose business.

Worst customer service I ever experienced the Black Guy making Pizzas turned my family down twice on two different occasions all we wanted was a whole cheese pizza and he refused to make us one. I will never go there again or advise anyone else to. If he is like that over making a pizza he probably doesn’t wash his hands either after using the tiolet.

We will be back the pizza was great. Tasty sauce and nice thick dough perfect after a day of shopping. The service was quick, we were in and out. One pizza was enough for the three of us compared to other places.

It’s as if the staff are forbidden from thinking. We wanted five slices from the Tanger Outlets National Harbour restaurant, they refused to serve us saying limit is four per order. Wouldn’t give us any option to buy. So we simply stepped out, came back in and placed two separate orders for two and three slices each. Learn to think and learn customer service guys.

I’ve visited this location twice in 2 days and have had a pleasurable experience on both occasions. Staff was helpful and courteous. The line was pretty long, but I was still in and out pretty fast. Pizza was tasty as well as the wings. Will definitely be back when in the area again.

Asked for a whole plain pizza (6 slices) a fresh one had recently come out of the oven. They said I had to wait 25 minutes for the plain pizza that was just put in the oven. There was no one behind me and no one else asking for plain pizza. But if I wanted 6 slices separately that was ok?? I left. It made no sense at all and I wasn’t waiting 25 minutes for no reason. I went elsewhere.

This place is ghetto. I visited this place around 6:25pm on a Friday. I went in and the tables were all dirty. I got in line and tried to order then the guy walked away and never came back. The next young lady came over and helped the person behind me and told me he would be back. He did not come back but told another young lady to help me. She had a nasty attitude when I tried to tell her which slices I wanted and did not catch the toppings as they were falling off the pizza. They also did not have proper change available at the register and just said we are out of change right now and did not make any attempt to call a manager to get change in the drawer. First and last time ever coming here. I suggest the staff be educated on proper customer service.
