The black beans were very traditional and remined me of my grandmother’s. The ham and cheese empanadas were fried to perfection and the sauce was amazing. Not sure what it was but it was a little sweet and spicy and tasted fresh. The yuca fries were fresh, crispy and tasty. The cuban sandwich could have been toasted a little more but other wise was on point with flavor and fresh ingredients. The flan may not be the prettiest but once you taste it, you will rejoice in pleasure. Perfectly creamy and just the perfect texture. One of my favorite flans. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The place was surprisingly empty for the time of day. Should be busy, the food here is special.

This is a very authentic Cuban restaurant, tastes as good as the ones in Miami (even better then many), great friendly atmosphere and latin music. I had the Churrasco with chimichurri sauce with black beans and fried plantains, my son had the Vaca Frita ‘fried cow’ with french fries and fried yuca. All was very tasty. Will definitely come back.

I’m so happy that there is finally a Cuban restaurant in town. The food is amazing, you can tell they are recipes that have been passed down through the family. The restaurant is clean and open and inviting. Chef Danny came out to check on things, he is very friendly. Well definitely be back soon!

Overall, this place is a must try! The price of each item is considerably cheap for such a large portion. The owner and rest of the staff was so nice and explained everything to us. They even gave us two fresh pastelitos on the house 🙂

I absolutely loved this place. It is going to be my new favorite for sure. The food was delicious, fresh, and the protons are bigger than expected. They are fairly new to the area and hidden but a gem.

It took too much time to receive the menu, the server never came back to our table to take our order. They never offered us a drink. We’re exited to try the food this couldn’t be possible because of the pour service. So we left the restaurant 45 min after receive the menu. The guy on the counter take the order of a customer a that arrives after me. So they have the full house, is something super good for a new place! But they’re not ready yet, they need trained servers, trained cashier and be nice with customers that arrives for the first time to try their food. That’s it .

My wife is Cuban and a chef, so she’s a tough critic. Nevertheless, she really enjoyed the empanadas, the vaca frita, the sauces, and more items than I can spell in Spanish or English. The service was excellent. The atmosphere was definitely relaxed and authentic. We will be back!
