My coworker and I stopped in for lunch around 2. Store seemed clean and tidy. The guy that took our order was friendly and quick. Food only took five to ten minutes to cook and I was surprised that they even delivered it to our table. For the two meals the order was about 29 dollars. The shake was alright, it seemed like it had a lot of food coloring and artificial flavoring. The steak slider had a rubbery consistency, including the bacon. The hangover slider with egg didn’t really taste fresh. I had the impression the food was going to be higher quality than other fast food restaurants. First impression is that I’m not likely coming back.

The customer service was AMAZING through that speaker! Our food was hot and fresh! We loved everything we ordered and that BOOM BOOM sauce is SOOO GOOD!! We absolutely love an establishment with amazing customer service! The line may have been long but it was well worth the wait! We will absolutely be returning.

My first time here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and delicious. The piece of fish on the slider was generous in size and the angus beef slider was on point too. Sweet potato fries and lemon pepper fries were so good. Looking forward to our next visit.

Guy was nice that took my order but… it took him 15 min to do so. Waited another 15 for food. Cold fries (gross) and the buns were hard and chewy. I’ve stopped in twice never stayed due to lengthy wait time. I’ll stick to the one out in Grand Blanc!

Stopped by here randomly after a meeting at work and I was thoroughly happy with what I got. I ended up getting a combo with a cheeseburger and the falafel burger and both of them were great. Especially that falafel. Crispy and deep-fried on the outside, bright green and soft on the inside. And also got seasoned fries. 8 out of 10 loved it. I rated the atmosphere three stars only because it was a little plain to me. It felt like I was sitting in a hospital. It was very sterile. Just blah.

Clean restaurant! Chose to dine in and the gentleman taking our order was so enthusiastic, friendly and helpful as it was my first visit. Food came out hot, fresh and tasty! Was in the drive thru for over an hour. They took our order three times at the box. I noticed on the screen that my stuff was not rung in properly, addressed it with the female taking my order. She told me she would tell them to make it how i asked. Then we got to the window they gave us the completely wrong food when we checked and charged us for the wrong food so we wasted more time getting a refund. Had to call a manager on the phone to figure out how to get a refund. Then he handed us “our” order. Which again was done completely incorrect. She even asked me if I wanted whipped cream when we ordered and it did not have whipped cream. When we told the guy at the window that the food was incorrect he said “oh I’m sorry”. My fiancé asked me if I wanted to stay and wait for them to fix my order but I said no because who knows how long that would’ve took, it was already 11pm at this point. I’m 8 months pregnant and have to get up for work early. To top it off, fries were cold and burgers were cold. They tried to remedy it with a $5 coupon to the store on a $31 order. Needless to say I won’t be going back and I’ll be throwing away the coupon.
