I gave my husband a taste of the crab cake and he said “I don’t want it no more”. The crab cake is $4 but nothing about it is crab…it’s all filling or something. What in the world are they doing over here…then want to charge 50 cent for cocktail sauce. The service was subpar. I felt like I was getting on her nerves by ordering one simple crab cake and shrimp. Everything is just too salty. It’s not a matter of preference because I’m heavy handed with my seasoning…this is pure salt no herbs and no pepper. Don’t walk..run the other way

Refreshingly superior service. She was great. Wish I remembered her name. (She went out to get new batteries and made it back when I showed up). I’m going to be driving two hours out of my way next Saturday to come back for the crab cakes and try something else!

So I had to make sure I go 3 times before I give a review and today was the third day! First time I got shrimp plate, was good but I’m use to my shrimp being deveined, I still ate them. Second time I got blue crabs very expensive for a plate but I had to try them. They were nice size but a lil over cooked, the broccoli, corn n potato was on point. Today I got shrimp, crawfish and broccoli….the presentation was amazing! Only seafood spot that give u food in a tray and bag so it won’t spill. My broccoli was on point! The shrimp once again didn’t taste too good cause they wasn’t fresh, peeled or deveined. The crawfish was extremely small, overcooked and taste like the same already cooked bag I buy out of Walmart. I know it’s crawfish season n I eat a lot of seafood so for me to pay so much for cooked food just placed in a bag of butter juice did not sit well wit me. Don’t let me stop u from trying it yourself, I’m speaking off my taste buds n I’m from Florida!! I suggest they go get FRESH seafood. 3 times a charm, I won’t be back, too expensive also. $10.99 for a pound of small non fresh already cooked n preheated crawfish is ridiculous to me n then $10 for exactly 10 shrimp is even more ridiculous. I try n support black business but y’all slippin on keeping customers n overcharging!!!

Really enjoyed the food at Savanah Seafood! We got fried tilapia and whiting, really good and the seasoning was really tasteful! Also got the shrimp gumbo, really enjoyed the flavors. AND THE WINGS!! Huge, flavorful, and tasty wings.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews however my experience was so awful I felt I had to! I wish I would have read reviews prior to going. I ordered the shrimp boil. The sauce was awful like a mixture of water and hot sauce & no type of seasoning. I’m not understanding the big large potato’s cut in half at least you can use the small petite potato. Thankful my daughter had gone to Rocking crab the day b4 and had sauce still in her bag I was able to pour your sauce out & put my food in her season bag that saved my meal somewhat. I paid $28 dollars for that meal it had no season and 4 large potatoes cut in half and 1 corn that was to much potatoes. I hope you can re evaluate this meal because it’s definitely no comparison to juicy crab, krab hut, rocking crab & all of the other crab places all over everywhere that sells the bag!

This place is just trash. Just throw the whole place away. My fried fish looked like chicken, the breading was nasty and it didn’t taste like fish. The potatoes and corn was undercooked but it was nasty too. Idk what grease mixture they have it sitting in but . All my food went in the trash. Had I payed with a credit card, I would have disputed this charge.

UPDATE- 10-3-21…OK gave this place another try today….horrible experience. I ordered an 20 piece shrimp boil. The shrimp was over cooked. The seasoning is absolutely disgusting, it taste like water and hot sauce mixture…..i called to inform them that I was disappointed once again and was told to bring the food back and they’ll remake it. I didn’t even bother to waste my gas because whoever made my food, CLEARLY has no business cooking. I can not get over how nasty the food was and to see the owner commenting on other reviews and not taking constructive criticism makes it even worse. Do not waste your time with this place its definitely disappointing

This is my second time ordering here and now I realize why I never came back. I waited over 35 for my food and It wasn’t worth it. My boyfriend fries was hella greasy and disgusting. We waisted $30 we was better of going to McDonald’s. I will not be returning.

The worst food in all of Lovejoy and Hampton. I ordered at 3:02 pm and didn’t get my food ( 2 piece Catfish with corn and fried okra) until 4:20 pm. And when I received my food the order was incorrect. I waited an hour for the wrong side item (I was given stale fries instead of friend okra). When I brought it to the young man’s attention (Romeo) he was apologetic and offered the cook the okra…adding more time to my 1 hour wait time. When it seemed like it would have been easier to just discount the meal the price of the side. The shrimp was so over battered that you couldn’t even taste the meat, just breading. The fries were so stale that they seem like they were a week old. The catfish was soo small that I thought it was a two piece chicken nugget from Wendy’s instead. This place is truly the worst I’ve tasted in Lovejoy so far and I’ve been to plenty of the locally owned restaurants since I’m head of the HOA community and use locally owned restaurants to cater our events (meetings, picnics, etc). This place certainly went off our list.
