Every neighborhood needs a solid burger joint. This tiny place just off Peterson is a very good one In Sauganash. Not only do they have an excellent burger, their tacos are also exceptional as well. Highly recommended.

Decided to stop by Sauganash Grill today for some takeout since the air quality is so terrible. Ordered the Cuban sandwich (pictured) and the Steak Jibarito. Both sandwiches, served with fries, were absolutely delicious. The pork belly in the Cuban sandwich takes it to another level taste-wise, and the steak was juicy and tender. Absolutely loved both sandwiches and would highly recommend! If you are dining at the restaurant, note that seating is somewhat limited and street parking can be difficult to find very close to the restaurant. Worth it though for these amazing sandwiches!

One of the best places in Chicago! The atmosphere is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. It’s a great vibe unless you hate being home. I really recommend their steak jibarito, fries, and homemade hot sauce. The hot sauce is wonderfully hot and you can tell it was made with expertise and care. 10/10 would always recommend.

Fast, friendly, and delicious. My husband and I order from Sauganash Grill weekly, and I look forward to the warm welcome from Jason and the rest of the staff and the delicious chicken wrap. It’s always hot, the sauce is divine, and the fries are perfectly crispy and salty. We are lucky to have this gem in our neighborhood.
