It’s truly family owned and they actually work the store. The food is fantastic and the owners go beyond for their customers. They are a gem to the community, hosting family events and continuing to have quality food!

Used to be my favorite pizza place, ordered for my birthday dinner, jackass cook insisted I ordered something different, hadn’t even started my order yet, then got the order wrong! Crusts are backwards. One piece of sausage per slice? Never going back.

We ordered online and placed a lunch order to be picked up. We also talked to a lady on the phone who informed us that they were out of italian sausage. We used the slice app because it was encouraged. We picked up the order and were told that they were out of 10 inch pizza boxes. I asked for our drinks and was told to get something out of the cooler. My husband ordered a cherry pepsi and I ordered a tea and neither drink was in the cooler. We were supposed to get a 20 oz and ended up with a can. I don’t drink soda, so my husband just picked 2 drinks he would drink. We still decided to give it a try and we went home. It looked very dark, but decided that we would give them a try. The pizza barely had any cheese and the sauce and toppings were in the middle leaving over a 1 inch crust on a 10 inch pizza. One order of bread was golden, and one very dark. I tried a piece and there was no garlic or butter taste, dry bread with cheese. The pasta con broccoli was very dark and the 2 noodles that I pulled out to taste had very minimal sauce and no flavoring. I drove back to the store because most of the order was burnt. I spoke to the same lady and she apologized because she doesn’t usually work the kitchen. A male came out of the dining room and asked what the problem was. I told him and he walked over to look at everything. He said he wasn’t returning my money because this is how provel cheese cooks. I informed him that I cook with provel and it doesn’t cook like that and one of the breads was more golden, and it didn’t cook like that. I commented about the lack of sauce and he still said he wasn’t returning anything. I mentioned that it didn’t match the pic online and he interrupted me by saying that pics do not match. When you order at McDonald’s the big Mac pic doesn’t match. I told him that I don’t go to McDonald’s and didn’t even bother to say that I was referring to a review for saucys pizza. That pizza looked really good. I stated that it was fine, he could keep the food too because I would just write a review. I normally do not write reviews, but in this case I will make the exception so everyone else knows that their products will be extra toasted/crispy and he will do nothing about it. I also drove 38 miles round trip to return the food. I am not sure if he works there or not because he never introduced himself. He finally said he would refund for only the pizza, but that was it. He never refunded anything. He said he would have to wait to do it because we used the app, the one that is recommended by the store. Based on the customer service I would give 0 stars if I could. Not sure how to add the pictures. I will add when I figure it out.

I’m giving Saucy’s 5 stars because they were awesome enough to deliver my order after every other pizza place said we were out of area! That alone is enough for me BUT I too of that I order at 9:30pm when they close at 10pm, they arrive with no complaints AND the pizza was delicious. They earned all my business and I love pizza

I generally eat pizza from here and it has always been great. I decided to try the philly cheese steak sandwich tonight. After all, if you have a philly on the menu then it has to be good. Which is why you don’t see many places selling them. Needless to say, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had. I literally took one bite and said nope, no more. The meat was clearly precooked and reheated, and just had the taste of meat that was cooked several days ago, just hanging out in the fridge. The service was fantastic, but I would suggest that this be taken off the menu entirely. I would be embarrassed to serve this to anyone. That being said, I will still go back for pizza.

I have been ordering Saucy’s pizza for delivery since 2019 to Leslie, MO,63056 from the Krakow location. Last night 4/8/23, first they claimed they could not get our address to pop up so they couldn’t deliver us a pizza. Then they said the address did pop up what did we want to order. I ordered a big boy pizza and a 2 LTR bottle of root beer. The pizza got delivered with no root beer. On the invoice it stated 14″ big boy pizza $25.00, 2LTR cherry pepsi $3.29 (not what I ordered), tax $2.51, delivery $1.00, cash discount $1.13, delivery $7.50, for a total of $40.43. On 3/17/23 I ordered pizza and soda with no problems. Got charged for the pizza, soda, tax, and $6.50 for delivery. You raised your delivery fee $1.00 in less than 1 month. That is fine with us. But what kind of ripoff is an extra $1.00 for delivery and charging $1.13 for a cash discount? Yes that’s right we got charged $1.13 for a cash discount, it was not a credit from the total, it was an added charge. What kind of ripoff is 2 separate delivery charges of $1.00, $7.50, and $1.13 for a cash discount? It is illegal to charge someone for a cash discount! The invoice has my name spelled wrong, address not as I stated, soda not as I stated. After 4 years of ordering pizza from the Krakow location, I am now not a pleased customer. At this point I probably will never patronize your business again. This experience on 4/8/23 was a joke. Got charged for soda we did not get. Was told at first they couldn’t deliver to us because my address didn’t come up after 4 years. Got charged an extra $1.00 for delivery on top of a $7.50 delivery fee and $1.13 for a cash discount. Getting a charge for a cash discount is illegal, a joke!

This was one place that actually does deliver! Despite what they say on Google maps, most pizza places in Washington do NOT deliver! Kudos to Saucy’s for keeping this American tradition alive! There is a delivery fee, but I was glad to pay it! The pizza was good, and even though they gave me a 45 minute wait time, it actually came in 20 minutes or less. Thanks Saucy’s for helping us have a great visit to Washington!
