Great little local spot! Staff was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. I ordered the teriyaki rice plate and my husband ordered the poke bowl, which he said was very good. The chicken was tender and the rice tasted particularly good. We also had the salted edamame, which I definitely recommend. Will be going back for sure!

Really enjoyed the food here. The Fried Rice was definitely the standout though. It has a ton of flavor. My 2 sushi rolls were solid and the Teriyaki chicken bowl was well made as well. Definitely our new fave Sushi/etc spot in Tracy.

I’m relatively new to Tracy and miss my former go-to sushi place. I had big hopes for Satomi based on its 4.5 Yelp rating. The service was wonderful; the sushi, just okay. I read and disregarded the sign warning diners that their food would be topped with raw red onions. While I do like them, I now know that raw red onions do not complement sushi and that – even when picked off immediately – the flavor will permeate the entire roll. Beyond that, the rolls we ordered had an earthy taste, like dirty mushrooms, but without the mushrooms. Now, again, I do like mushrooms, but the taste of dirt does not complement sushi. Alas, my search for a new go-to sushi place continues.

Great poke bowls the best ever had. Nice owner she has been there for long time and pretty busy place always great service. Prices have gone up about 30% but this is California and it’s expected in this day and year. Love this restaurant

I have never had such an incredible poke bowl. The bowl had an excellent amount of fish, toppings, and sauce. I usually tip a couple bucks no matter what, I know post covid some mom and pop shops like this one are still struggling but I never go back and tip more, after trying this bowl I’m the parking lot, I got out of my car, went back inside and left a bigger tip. The lady who served me even gave me some extra chilli crisp, which by the way, was the best tasting Chili crisp I’ve ever had, forget LGM, forget Fly By Jing. You NEED to have the Satomi chilli crisp. Stop what you’re doing and order from here. Or drive in and get yourself a bowl ! The only thing I wish they had was edamame topping for the poke bowl, if they had it, it would be 11/10 but I’ll just make do with 10/10.
