There are many Pho restaurants here in Portland but not too many of them are the best. This Sassy Souk’s restaurant has one of the best pho recipe. Their recipe are truly traditional… The environment are super clean and welcoming. Their boba are bomb too… My only suggestion is get a blender and make some smoothie boba! The price are super reasonable! Will I go there again? Definitely! A++++

Good location with street parking. Online ordering process was easy. Staff is nice. Unfortunately the Pho was lackluster with an underwhelming flavorless broth. Good amount of noodles though. The fried pieces weren’t edible. Basically hard rocks. They didn’t soften much in the broth either. The spring rolls however, were good.

So excited to have a good pho spot in my neighborhood finally! Broth is solid (tried chicken and brisket). Meat is the star in both cases: very tender and delicious. Condiments super fresh! Fried veggie egg rolls are as light as can be! Super friendly service. Definitely making this our regular pho spot and can’t wait to try some of the other menu items!

Decided to try this new place in our neighborhood of North Portland. We tried the Vietnamese rice plate. The chicken was a little on the dry side with not much flavor. We also had the Vegan Pho which was very flavorful. We tried the vegetable and pork egg rolls, the seaweed rolls and the spring rolls. They all were very delicious. The Thai milk tea with boba also was very good. The staff and owners are very friendly. The owner personally came to our table and made sure we were enjoying our food. We will definitely be back.

This place had great food and some of the best service I’ve experienced at a casual eatery. The staff were hands off and left us to chat and take our time, but were paying enough attention to come by if it seemed like we needed something. QR codes were placed at our table so we could view the menu on our phones, but they also had the menu posted by the register. An introvert’s dream! My only criticism of this is that I wish the menu wasn’t white text on a dark background. It was difficult to read. When I asked for a to-go box for my bah mi, the server WASHED HIS HANDS before coming to wrap my sandwich up for me! 10/10 you don’t get service like this often. Loved the milk tea, one of my new favorites for sure!

I ordered from here for delivery so I can’t speak to atmosphere or service. I got the tofu Bahn Mi, vegan fried rice and a brown sugar boba tea. Over all everything was very solid. I think my only complaint is the Bahn Mi was too sweet and it’s the only non meat option. I think if you’re going to do pineapple in something like that you need to balance it out with some spice and it could have used more pickled carrots and daikon. The baguette used was great and the tofu was fresh, just a little off on the balance of flavors. I’ll definitely be ordering again to try their pho

Came here for a lunch with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at the food here. I ordered the Lao style pho – P8 – brisket, meatball, and steak. I’m not sure if I can tell distinctly the difference in style, but one thing was for sure – it was pretty tasty and did its job satisfying my cravings. The people working here were super friendly.

Had the rice plate with chicken. Flavor was spot on, fried spring roll was delicious and the soup was excellent. The chicken was massively overcooked and very dry however. I feel like that was a fluke and definitely want to try some more things. Vanilla milkshake was a fun addition to the meal too. Very nice people as well.
