We had the Margeritta pizza, pepperoni pizza, cheesy breadstick, and cheese tortellini pasta. Not impressed. Crust was doughy. The sauce was very sweet and there wasn’t any Basil on the Margeritta pizza. Wouldn’t recommend.

After many orders and having these guys being one of my go tos, tonight they really messed up. My order said it was delivered but I never rec’d a text from the driver, a knock on the door and the food wasn’t there when I checked. The guy was pretty rude and unapologetic when I called. He did offer (my perception was that this was begrudgingly after I pressed about it) to remake the food and have it delivered. He said he is the store manager, Justin G, and that I was ridiculous to think that they might do something to my food after the third time I had to call to check back on it. This makes me so sad. They were one of my favorites.

I’m moving back to Illinois and I will dearly miss Sarpino’s. I just had my last Sarpino’s before the move, and when I tell you it was so good. I’ve heard of the place for years heard it was great then I go for my first time they give me someone else’s order thank God I noticed it didn’t smell like what I ordered before I left they did end up correcting it but the wings were so small and yah they give you a lot but the quality of those wings were not worth 13 dollars nasty meat and very small you mine as well get Tyson wings from Walmart which are also not good and the pizza was very soggy by time I drove 15 minutes to my house. Honest opinion never going back.

Hot honey pizza is amazing! But this location uses different cheeses and the crust isn’t the same as the Olathe location. All the topings fall off when taking a bite and the crust is thin enough to see through in some spots.

Horrible customer service. I had a complaint about how an order completed, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone said it was my fault. Fair warning to other customers. Problem is that the gentleman pointed the blame to me instead of trying to resolve the situation. The sauce I selected was cheese and not pizza sauce. If the system “defaults” to pizza sauce after selecting cheese, sounds like the system needs modified. Does not seem like a good resolution to a potential problem in the future

Absolutely the best mozzarella sticks and the calzones are really good. They also have vegan options which is pretty rare to find at a pizza place, especially one this good. The staff are awesome and seem like they’re having a good time. Will definitely be back
