The bread sticks were hard and paper thin. The pizza always arrives cold. The one and only time I called about the pizza being cold, I was offered a refund, which I accepted. The next time I went to order, my telephone number was listed as fraudulent and if I wanted to make an order I would have to use a different telephone number. So because I complained, and was given a refund, as I should have been, my telephone number was flagged for being fraudulent!

their deep dish did not meet expectations. requested for three types of toppings, but could hardly find any under all that pizza sauce. if you like your sauce to be on the more sweeter side, this is definitely for you

I like Sarpinos. They are open until 4 a.m. which is great for late night working or studying sessions. The online order discount code sometimes does not work, but they very nicely let me have the discount when I ordered by phone. The pizza is good and there are lots of topping options. My favorite item on the menu is the cheesy breadsticks. I get them with the creamy garlic dipping sauce. Yum!

BUT I WILL SAY, I CALLED THEM BACK, AND THEY REMADE MY ORDERED, DENIED MY OFFER TO CHARGE ME FOR A SAUCE SO I COULD TIP THE DELIVERY DRIVER THEN WHEN MY FOOD SHOWED UP, I OFFERED TO CASH APP THE PERSON THAT WAS DELIVERING MY FOOD, I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES, ANNOYINGLY, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE MANGER HER SELF, WAS MY DELIVERY DRIVER AND SHE MADE SURE TO DENY SAID TIP AND THAT I RECEIVED MY ORDER EXACTLY HOW I ORDERED IT! Usually I have no problems, but the last couple of times I have orders at least one thing is wrong. I recently ordered a pizza with sausage and pepperoni and the got that wrong. I called and they offered to send a new one and the messed that one up too. They added buffalo sauce to the pizza even though it was stated on the last pizza just marinara sauce.
