Worst teriyaki place in queens. the lady in the front gave me an attitude because we came in an hour before they close. i then seen the lady place a old chicken teriyaki order with my order thats been sitting there from someone elses delivery order also i ordered a kids bowl for my daughter and look how much food i got after pulling out the veg. i also bought two other chicken teriyaki orders. i got ripped off on the portion plus had burned pieces of the grill in it smh i asked for no veg and they put veg on every order plus tried to hide it under the rice because they didnt want to take it out smh. the chicken is like boil chicken rather then fried. never gonna order again just because you close in a hour dosent mean you should short people out there money and food

Hands down one of my favorite spots for dinner. I’ve been eating Sarku since I was about 17 when they were just at queens center. The food is phenomenal and at this location there is always a place to sit. If you see a Sarku, def stop by.

I came to eat and bought 2 teriyaki kids meal their advertisement on the screen says they come with canned soda and I was given cups for fountain drinks. When I told the lady I wanted canned soda at the register she started yelling. I was charged for the sodas instead of her switching them and the lady was very nasty and rude. My job is customer service that is not the way. I will not be coming back here. The advertisement should be changed on the big screen.
