This is crazy they charge my $3 extra for more chicken I I received the regular portion that they give already I usto work for this company we where never this stingy im a pregnant women that was craving this meal and payed extra for something and didn’t get it and to top that off I try to call them and no one picks up just their answering machine what is going on you guys have to do better then this is not fair things are expensive and you guys are ripping people of including my self oh and I forgot they forgot to put hot sauce as well great

Never had an issue with them before. Food is good but not sure why my shrimp bento is always tasting cold. Still eats well but maybe that’s how it’s suppose be.

Never received my order even though Uber app stated it was on the way. Received wrong order.. Called the store to see if it was picked up by Uber. It never was. Then they couldn’t offer any options or attempt at accommodating my delivery. They had no clue. Don’t appreciate the poor service for a large order that I was chasing over 45 minutes. Will not be ordering from here again.

Let’s start with them not being welcoming, like no greeting upon entering the store…The cashier Nyseer was so rude and unprofessional. His attitude was evident he did not want to be at work and their service that was provided shows….smh

I ordered sushi and chicken teriyaki. The sushi was absolutely horrible. The wasabi was dried up and I had little to no ginger at all. The sushi alone was disgusting. This has never happened to me before in the past…the sushi was always great but today it was SO OFF. .

I Japanese at least 2 to 3 times a month for over 10 years absolutely one of my favorite. This was nowhere near the quality. It should be the beef was extremely chewy and rubbery the teriyaki or the sauce they chose to use for the beef it’s flavor was very bland, the California rolls were poorly done the rice was extremely sticky and gummy. They gave me a literal dot of wasabi the size of a sunflower seed, this meal was extremely poor in flavor. I definitely will not order from this place again I don’t think this is actual Japanese. And when I say that I mean an actual person, does Japanese cooking it from Japan that understand the quality of food for two dollars more I know places in the nearby town that would blow your mind.

They charge a good price, but the portion size is lacking! Do not order extra meat because there is no extra meat! Food tastes good but Darku Japan skimps on the portion size! Also do not call Sarku Japan over the phone! They cannot process orders over the phone! They pretend to take your order. But do not prepare your order! Poorly managed and bad ownership! This is a picture of chicken with extra meat which costs about $2 extra! Shameful!
