This is the only place I choose to eat in the Orland mall food court. They are always cooking the food fresh to order. Following COVID-19 safety guidelines correctly. I personally prefer the fried rice instead of the noodles. Also the orders don’t take long to get finished which is pretty good!

They became skimpy with the portions. The old person pouring food was very careful with his spoonful. So disappointed, almost $11 for this. I can get a bigger meal with a drink elsewhere. I visited Sarku a lot but I’m going to stop going from now on. I am not even full..

None of the options at this mall are good but this was terrible. I have a stomach of steel and when I got this for dinner just now I quickly started having stomach cramps and felt absolutely terrible. The chicken tasted bland and very “meh”. The fried rice was pretty gross too. But I write this specifically cause I’m sitting in front of a store nearly doubled over in pain while waiting for my friend. I get that it’s “mall food” but it’s terrible even for that standard. I’ve never gotten so sick off of mall food before and I used to WORK in a mall, so had mall food every day. Including from another teriyaki grill that blows this out of the water. No idea how it has high ratings or people calling it “good food” or anything. It isn’t at all.

The woman standing behind the counter was so rude and has made me not want to come here ever again. She told me the price of my meal, and I asked how could this be right it is way expensive? Instead of going over the price with me she made me feel like an idiot, and made me just pay even tho I had no idea what it was for. Also the food was absolutely terrible and had no taste. The chicken was exactly mushy and fatty it was like eating pudding with a little bit of soy sauce…. never going here again….

The food is okay but one of the better places in the mall. You can get double meat and they charge you for it. My problem is that when you buy the extra meat, they DO NOT give you the extra meat. If you try to complain they will argue with you and tell you if you don’t dont like it then get your money back! Even when you show them that you were given the same amount of meat as a customer who did not get extra meat. I do not appreciate the poor customer service they have.

Ordered combo chicken teriyaki with fried rice. Charged .50c extra but given regular rice. Vegetables in Sarku language means few small peace’s of broccoli and cabbage. Pathetic.

I was very disappointed to order teriyaki chicken and what I got was actually pork or something. It tasted bland and greasy. Never again.

Not really cheap at near ten dollars for double meat chicken teriyaki with fried rice and steamed vegetables but man is it delicious and filling. Only food I ever get from the Orland park mall food court.
