This is a favorite place I eat at. Sizes shrunk and price increased, since covid. But the food is so good. Rice, fresh veggies in nice size, and many protein choices. Online ordering was so easy and done on time. I love the to go containers of plastic with tight lids. No sauce leakage. The place is clean and the workers are very fast.

I was asking for fresh vegetables and the man was acting like he didn’t hear me and being rude for some reason looked directly in my face and my noodles was kind of dry I prefer the north Olmsted location there more polite to there customers.

I was shocked to see how small the container for the chicken teriyaki is. It is the size of a sandwich container and it wasn’t filled up either. The price was pathetic at 8.69 what a sad time for this country. I will not be going back ever again!

I ordered a chicken teriyaki, extra chicken meal through DoorDash and was disappointed to see that the portion of my meal was significantly smaller than the meal I used to get when I’d go there in person and it was certainly not extra chicken which I paid extra for. I was also disappointed when I tasted the very bland food. It tasted as if there wasn’t even teriyaki on the chicken at all. I assumed the portion size was because it was a to go order through DoorDash and assumed the taste was because there wasn’t an option to request a scoop of sauce on top. However, after reading other recent Google reviews, it appears that this is the new trend with them. Smaller containers, which means smaller portions, but same price and pretty plain, bland flavored food. Dumplings were decent though. Used to be a favorite food place to go. Bummer.
