I Cannot eat crabmeat so I asked could I change it for chicken teriyaki rolls and pay the up charge he kept telling me NO NO NO. So today’s my birthday and I showed up with my 5 dollar off coupon, then everyone complained about not being able to speak English or understand what I had, so I just paid the regular price because I was hungry at that point. I showed them the coupon, translated the s*** to Spanish and they still was standing around looking stupid. I love the food, but they don’t have to worry about me again.

I don’t eat here often as the line is long and I usually have to have a taste for it. I do have to say that I enjoyed the noodles with beef and shrimp I ordered. I got some shrimp tempura which was ok. Their chicken egg roll was pretty good. Usually egg rolls are bland but this was pretty good. Their portion size is pretty big. I was able to eat some for lunch and took the rest home for dinner. I do like that they cook it in front of you and it’s made to order. Do expect to wait to get your meal. Like I said I don’t come here often as I have to be in the mood for it. I spent about $18 for this meal.

I haved work in a food industry before and I can assure you that I have never seen anyone on their phone so much while being on the clock and not change gloves. That’s not the worse of it. I knew my orders were wrong and for that reason I did not touch the plates. I kindly ask if those were my plate and the worker (a young man) said yes. I told him not once, but twice that my order was incorrect and yet he keep insisting for me to grab them and gave me an attitude. He was so disrespectful. I also ask for a manager and instead he laughed and said there was none available. I will never attend this place again. We the customers are the one one that make your business successful. Without us you will have nothing.

I usually love this place. I don’t know if its under new management or not but the young man who fixed my food was very, very sloppy. He threw the food on the plate and had no customer service skills. So I left the food and asked for a refund. This place is not the same. I wish I could give them zero stars because even 1 star seems like too much.

I love this place and I’ve been going there for years at the Cross Creek Mall , but the last two times I’ve gone there I’ve ordered two meals each but was told that I only get my card stamped once , when did this change , so I order 4 meals but only get credited with two, can someone please explain this to me cause your cards say a stamp per meal.
