The food is good I ordered double chicken and shrimp with rice and veggies. I was not given a double portion. I spoke up and the guy was like ok next. Ask for your double portion on the side they cheat you and keep your money

Was at Hanes Mall yesterday at lunch time and “tried” this place… won’t ever “try” again! Her shrimp were, at best, “edible,” but.. she went from “table to bathroom”! I had chicken and shrimp. The chicken was OK but “not much” and there were very few shrimp. Actually, he put so many noodles in the styrofoam box that there was no room for anything else.. which, I believe, was his plan!

I once loved this place, but it’s went downhill. The owner lady that is always at the register will yell at you to order and add on items you didn’t want. Rice/veggies are good, but I question the quality of the chicken… I went the other day and got the chicken, a drink and an egg roll and it was 15 bucks. The egg roll was BADDD.

You better look at your receipts. I was charged for four white sauces when I only received two. I was also charged for three drinks when I received two. I was also unaware that they charge for the meal and then charge extra for the noodles and rice. Charging for the sauce, noodles/rice, no refills on drinks, just not worth the cost. Go to a Japanese steakhouse…same price…more food…fresher. Ridiculous. I will not be back.

My family and I have eaten here a few times. We enjoy the taste of the food. The cook and people that were preparing the food were nice. The lady at the counter is very rude. I sat down and seen a bug in my food. So I went back to tell her that I wanted a refund because of the bug and she snatched the food out of my hand and studied it. Like that was not rude enough she demanded for my stamp card back or else she wasnt going to give me a refund. I didnt want the stamp card as I will not be eating there again. She never said she was sorry that there was a bug in the food. She only acted as if I was an inconvenience for her. I understand that things happen and sometimes food establishments have things like that happen occasionally. But employees like that woman will be the reason I never come back and eat there. Her poor attitude and rudeness should have her terminated.

Just left here & I’ve been coming here for 6+ yrs plus telling others about the spot… but today I had the worst experience, the lady taking orders is BEYOND rude!!! For no reason, wouldn’t even listen to what I was saying and started yelling simply because I asked for my mall discount (with my badge around my neck) which they gave my coworker. So because she was SO RUDE, I won’t be going back and spending my money there. I never make google reviews even when I have bad service, but this was on another level…Oh and the food has fallen off and the price has gone up, another downside… but that’s not the reason I’m not going back. I’m sure Hanes Mall wouldn’t condone the customer service coming out of that place, and I wouldn’t feel bad if they took action to get it gone.

After ordering my food I saw the cook get a scoop of chicken from under the flat top grill. The chicken looked like slop. I was so disgusted I had to ask for my money back. After going back and forth with the lady at the register she finally decided to refund me my money (I hadn’t received any food). I will never come back to this establishment.
