Definitely doesnt taste like the original Sarku i used to enjoy years ago. The chicken feels fake, very small portion of veggies (only cabbage), no more sriracha sauce, .. and they refused to take my Sarku rewards QR code. worst sarku location everrrr.

Supposed to open at 11:00 am. It is 11:15 chef yells out, we are not ready another 30 minutes. Why wait here when there are two other similar restaurants next to them. I recommend Chiang Mai Thai over Sarku Japan.

Workers SOOOO RUDE!!! My friend and I were trying to order and I had put already 2 things on my order. I was looking at the menu for what else to put and the lady screamed at me “WHITE RICE OR FRIED RICE” while she made such a rude face?? So I finally put my order in as rude as she was. Then they put such little portions in ours? For 3 orders it was $45. If you’re gonna charge my that much, at least pit reasonable portions. Don’t get sarku japan from here if you don’t like mean workers and small portions. Smh
