Ordered a 2 topping calzone, came to 22 dollar’s and some change. Most expensive calzone I’ve ever had (or didn’t have) Sadly it was very undercooked and a soggy dripping mess… complete trash! Tossed that garbage into the river, at least the carp were fed. Should of read the reviews before trying this place. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else!

I really enjoyed the pizza. We got the Extra Hot Garlic without the hot sauce and cheese sticks. The pizza was really rich and delicious. It didn’t taste much like a garlic pizza but I really enjoyed how spicy it was. Delivery was relatively fast, and the food was still hot when we got it. Would definitely order again.

Called in an order for a large meatlovers pizza. When we went to pick it up we had a 50% off coupon for a specialty pizza. There location was listed on the back of the coupon along with 2 other locations in Syracuse. They would not honor the coupon or even give any type of discount for the inconvenience. Sat and waited 45mins. No reason it should’ve taken that long especially because they weren’t busy. When we arrived home we also noticed they left off the pepperoni and bacon.Very disappointed with this business and their service as well as the food.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced I order a shrimp dinner and Stromboli as my order. The shrimp dinner was completely disgusting it was undercooked it taste it frozen like it was frozen seafood the Stromboli was completely horrible they got the whole order wrong The Stromboli was doughy half cooked ingredients were raw in the middle. I send it back they send me a new order but I switch my order to a Caesar salad and I literally got chicken and lettuce And about lettuce was wilted and yellow Definitely does not look like the picture very disappointed!

Went in for two slices at 2pm on a Saturday. No line, no other customers. My 2 (old,cold) slices get rushed through the oven so fast the cheese doesn’t even melt slightly, they get shoved Into a box and have a nice day. I was in no hurry but apparently he was. I don’t even want to eat this

A year ago when we first moved to the area we ordered from them and The food and service was great. That has no longer been the case for the last several months . The prices are insane and they NEVER get the order correct. Now they charged my 13 yr old twice on his card and when I called they gave me an Attitude as if it was my fault . We are so DONE with this place. Looks like Hometown pizza will be getting all our business from now on!! Wish I could give them zero stars
