I was craving Ecuadorian food and googled this place and decided to give it a try, we were greeted by a pleasant host but right the way noticed that for a Saturday nigh the place was almost empty, we ordered right the way. Our appetizers came out promptly (muchines con queso) We ordered jalea de mariscos and lomo saltado. We were served on a reasonable time and shortly after we started eating the staff started cleaning tables, sweeping the floor around us and moping the floors with a distinguible chemical odor. Needless to say we were very disturbed and annoyed. We packed our food and I asked to speak to the manager whose simple response was “we close at 8 pm” We felt like they did not care about us at all! First time and last time visiting this place. No wonder they close at 8 pm on Saturdays. Zero business. They need training on customer service skills.

Service was fast, food was very tasty, I ordered fish with rice and beans, some type of lentil and pork soup, everything had good seasoning, great flavor, the place was not too busy, I wish the staff would had been a bit friendlier, a friendly smile goes a long way.

Omg, finally great ecuadorian food. I went with a group of friends, I’m ecuadorian, they are not. We all enjoyed our food, the service was good and the place is really nice. I’m sooooo happy I finally found a place with good and authentic ecuadorian food!! I’ll return for sure!!

Crispy Tostones

Went in today, waited, and 45 minutes later and no food whatsoever. The chefs were responsible for not getting the food out to our table while at the same time 5 tables that came in after us were served.

The rice and maduros were good. However, they didn’t give me my beans which isn’t the end of the world. The issue was with the chicken stew. The meat was so dry and chewy and just looked old. I didn’t eat the chicken, I threw it out afraid I’d get an upset stomach.
