Everything was as expected – the views, the food, the service – not bad at all – calm environment – we only came for dinner on a weekday – perfect pace for us as we travel and work remote and love to eat out. Certainly worth a stop if you’re in Jefferson City!

Nice place with a great view to the city downtown. Though we went for dinner so not much to see in the dark but it would be a great view for sunrise and sunsets as suggested by the staff. Since they also server breakfast so one might as well stop by for the view.

Only good part about this place was our waitress and the view. I ordered a burger they gave me chicken. Then they tried to gaslight me by saying it was supposed to be chicken. It’s literally called a burger. There’s a sapphires chicken sandwich which I guess is where the confusion came from. Also, ordered a drink, never got it….it was on the bill.

Extremely, I mean extremely slow. Food was mediocre. The small wine list has some bottles (ie. LaCrema Chardonnay) where the bottle price listed is for a 1/2 bottle not a full bottle. This is not clear on the menu. The server was nice but also seemed to struggle. The hotel has terrible parking.

I had a very displeasing experience with an individual there. While this gentleman may have been having a bad day, which I understand we all have them, it still warrants a review as this individual smugly told me he always gets glowing reviews. This is not one of them. I attempted to order room service and this individual answered the phone and was fairly rude with me. He stated that he didn’t know how long it would take, maybe forty five minutes for food which to be honest I would have happily waited DoorDash runs about the same time. So I figured the wait staff were busy and he recommended coming upstairs to eat so I did. I expected to see a busy restaurant but was greeted with a fairly empty restaurant with one large table maybe a few others. One of which my wife happened to be at because of a work conference in town and she was meeting with her group. I began my order and once again the same individual that answered my phone call seemed to be bothered that I was placing my order. He made a comment about the time it would take and I reminded him that’s what he told me over the phone. He seemed really inconvenienced to be dealing with me. I told him that I was sorry that he was a little overwhelmed, after he gestured to the large table as to how busy they were Maybe it’s me, or maybe it’s a bad day. Again. I get it. We did exchange words and I decided to just tell him to cancel my order. Which he did thank me for, so there is that. Anyhow I don’t want this to turn into a novel. Chuck I hope your day goes better and you strive to do better around patrons.

Last night it took over an hour to just get our drink orders. The drinks were AWFUL and the lady admitted she wasn’t the regular bartender (if you are short staffed and unable to provide and serve the drinks people order, then just offer beer and wine service for the night).
