You should be on your way if you’re reading these reviews. We were fortunate enough to stumble on this restaurant while visiting. We ended up having dinner at Sapori three nights in a row! We loved the atmosphere, the food and the staff. Be sure to pick out your dessert early as they go fast. If Ashleigh remembers to save your slice of cake you’ll be happy : ) Get it to-go even if you’re full as they make for a great breakfast!

What a beautiful experience! Our waitress was highly attentive and friendly. We chose the clams, mussels, and calamari as appetizers. The bread was divine, its baked in a pizza oven over mesquite wood. Our incredible entrée was Eggplant Parmessan. My fiancé and I shared the entrée. There was enough leftovers for a meal the following day. Maria, the owner, greeted us, asking how our experience was. We shared our delightful experience. We asked her about getting her start. She shared her passion for the USA as an immigrant from Sicily. Desserts are her passion, and specialty. She made 43 pumpkin cheesecakes last Thanksgiving. Please support them and have an amazing time!!

The food here is fantastic and so is the service! Maria the owner is nothing more than amazing and sweet and welcoming! I honestly felt like my 2 friends and I were teleported into Italy My favorite from the sampler was the ravioli along with a delicious pinot noir. I also did want to mention that I did find a rare find a 1554 dark beer from New Belgium from Boulder Colorado on tap! That is one of my favorite beers and made this experience that much more awesome! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Maria and team for the great experience!

I had the pleasure of dining here last night for the first time. The food and service were unmatched. We couldn’t decide so we ordered multiple dishes to try and share. The chicken parmigiana was the best I’ve ever had. I will have dreams about that marinara sauce until I have it again. The chicken Marsala was otherworldly. The pizzas were incredible. Saving room for dessert here will be a difficult task, but you must, because the cheesecake and tiramisu are also the best I’ve ever had. This unbeatable dining experience was polished off with service that made me feel like part of the family. Maria was such a kind and gracious host. From checking in on us to recommending her favorites, she made sure we have a great experience. If you go, take a group, order everything and take home leftovers. You won’t regret it.

Haven’t been here in 4 years since I’ve moved out of fountain hills. But wow! Did I miss the food! Great atmosphere, service was fantastic and the food is delicious!! Pizza was airy, perfectly sauced and the toppings were amazing! Wood fired for that nice Smokey flavor. Also!! Make sure you place an order for your dessert; they’ll go quickly!!

We live in town and have been here many times. Each time we have overlooked rudeness of owner. As of now, we are done. She literally walked away when I asked where absent bartender was and our bread that we asked for 30 min before. Male bartender could use charm school and get away from bar where would like to chat.. Gregory was awesome and new at making pizza . Why? Bc other one quit
