This is one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. It tasted so fresh and seasoned to perfection. The seabass was so delicate and tender. Everything on that plate was well thought out. The peach was the perfect ending to the dish. I have never had a much tastier broccoli puree. The onions soup was delicious but the main dish took the cake for me. I will be returning

I originally came here for the food but ended up returning for the family behind the place. Also the server handles that place on her own it’s just her doing all the serving and she does it with a smile on her face. Must have appetizer is the bread and sauce platter. Who knew tomatoes could be made into such a flavorful jam ! Absolutely tore down my meal.

Absolutely the best meal I’ve ever had. The steak was melt in your mouth perfect and tender, I’ve eaten at a few “High end” $$$$$, steakhouses and wasn’t overly impressed especially for the price tag, but this one and the veggie sides were so delicious if I could I’d rate it 6 stars I would. I was a bit skeptical because healthy food is rarely as satisfying, but I will definitely be back and will send or bring my family and friends! The stuffed mushroom appetizer was as described, “addicting”.

Sapiens is nothing short of amazing every time. I signed up for the meal prep and have not looked back – high quality, consistently delicious, fresh food. We also dined in the restaurant and was equally, if not more impressed. Absolutely divine all around.

When I think of French food I think; wine, butter, cream, and eggs. So I was skeptical that a French/Paleo restaurant could serve anything worth mentioning. I was happy to find that Sapiens Paleo Kitchen is successful in achieving the balance of great flavor while adhering to Paleo nutrition principles. I started with the Beet Tartar (no beef or egg yolk here!). It was good and a nice change from the usual beet salads served at many restaurants. The vinaigrette was on the milder side instead of the usual overt sharpness, and I suppose this has to do with balancing taste while still keeping the probiotics of the salad “alive”. I also had sampled the Country Terrine which was meaty and course. It was delicious on the Paleo toast but I did wish the cornichon pickles had more of a vinegary kick. As a main dish I had the Rabbit Stew which was phenomenal! Please don’t let your fond memories of Peter Rabbit make you shy away from this dish! It is delicious, meaty, and satisfying. I was too full for dessert, so until next time Paleo Kitchen! Next time I’ll be sure to bring my own nice bottle of Pinot Noir to go with the Rabbit!
