Walking in this was my very first visit. The staff was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. The ambiance was great with some music playing in the background to set the mood. The menu was varied enough that I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted to eat; I finally settled on the Brazilian Salmon. The salad came out quickly and the main course shortly thereafter giving enough time to complete your starter. The Salmon was fork tender and tasted exquisitely. One can see the restaurant is popular as it filled up quickly, noting many guests had reservations. I will certainly visit again and try something else off the menu. I highly recommend this establishment.

We tried this place for the 1st time. When you walk in, it appears to be a nice upscale Italian Restaurant with white table linens. We stood there for a couple minutes as staff continued to walk by without acknowledging we were there. We were seated. The staff were all dressed very casual(tennis shoes, jeans, tshirts,etc). You typically expect and upscale restaurant staff to be a little more professional in their appearance. Most of the staff were very young kids. It took forever to take our order then again forever to get our food. The food was very bland. The overall experience did not leave us wanting to ever return to this restaurant. It took about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish and the food was just not good (no flavor at all). We wanted to try something different and really wanted this to be a good thing but for us it just wasn’t.

Amazing food and super friendly staff. Different menu regularly. Great Salmon, Delicious Filet Mignon, Unbelievable Scallops, everything is delicious, you can’t go wrong. Full bar, if you would like a drink with your dinner. Very nice place, 5 star fine dining, but there isn’t a harsh dress code. A Reservation is a good idea. Great for Date Night, a dinner with friends or supper with the family. Children’s Menu is great too, same menu as adults, just a smaller portion. Best restaurant in town!

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so awesome! We showed up not knowing we needed a reservation as we are not from NC, but the chef agreed to seat us anyway. The service was 5 star from start to finish. We had the stuffed salmon and the crystal scallops and both were divine!

Once a huge fan of this restaurant, I am now sad and disappointed. My husband and I chose this place to celebrate our 25th anniversary. He absolutely loved one of their steak dishes, so we decided to go there. We had asked if there was any private dining, not knowing it would be being crammed behind a partition or sitting next to the restroom. So much for that. We waited a very long time for our order to be taken mainly because our server was busy with a big table of guests, but mostly discussing a catering job with another employee. We felt ignored. Now to the food and drink. My husband is diabetic, so he ordered unsweetened tea. He said it tasted weird and it was actually cloudy in appearance. He tried to drink a little of it, but it was bad. He ended up just drinking water, but we never got water refills. My food was ok, but not up to usual standards. I think they forgot to cook the vegetables and they were basically raw. My scallops were good, but there were less of them than I got last time I was here. My husband’s filet was full of gristle and he was very disappointed. After we were served our food, we didn’t see our server again. Another young lady brought our check. This will probably be our last visit here unless they get their act together.

Chef Santos and the staff created fantastic dishes and treated us with great hospitality for my parent’s 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Fantastic meals, and friendly staff in a cozy restaurant with character. We look forward to dining here again next time in Salisbury.

Had dinner here on 5/13/23 with a party of 4. Together, we had eqqplant parmigiana, Pollo Pietro stuffed with crab meat and topped with alfredo sauce and angel hair pasta and lastly Scallops with avocado sauce with mixed veggies and angel hair pasta. All meals included salads and we also had onion soup. Service was impeccable and entrees were hot and delicious. I highly recommend Chef Santos for your next culinary delight.
