I’d give 0 starts if possible!! Over two hours for my dilvery on an order that cost more the 80$!! For that price I’d except faster service and better food that wasn’t ice cold bout time it got to me. Maybe if they drivers actually did their jobs instead of running drugs we have a great meal.

Absolutely pathetic. they charged me $25 for steak bomb and a chicken sandwich. seasoned french fries on the side. and ranch dressing on the side. But the French fries on the side came back unseasoned, the steak bomb came with onions when I SPECIFICALLY asked for none. my wifes chicken sandwich came with no french fries and it was supposed to be part of the meal. and then when I said something about it to them. politely. to the owner,he treated me like I was a liar, he even called me one.. like really? What happened to customer service and general hospitality. I spend my hard earned money on a certain order I expect THAT order not to be called a liar when it’s wrong.. I understand mistakes are made and accidents happen. and if I’m willing to understand that then other people should be willing to accept the fact they made a mistake. but yet I’m supposed to be okay with fast food workers in this country wanting $15 an hour but yet they can’t get a steak bomb and spicy chicken sandwich with French fries correct. They have no problem getting the bill right down to the nickel but good forbid they remember onions or not..

From the outside the place looks absolutely ratty, but don’t let that fool you at all. The food was delicious, the attendants were personable and they were 100% happy to accommodate a dietary restriction (dairy). Will gladly go again!

Terrible customer service! I was hung up on when I called to let them know the receipt didn’t add up correctly. I asked if there was a delivery charge she said no but added 3 to my credit card plus rounded up a dollar. When I went in so I couldn’t be hung up on again. The older snotty lady handed me 3 dollars and said here are you good now? Are you kidding? Absolutely not! NEVER AGAIN

I used to eat there, or use their delivery service every Saturday night. I haven’t ordered from there or gone there for about a year. Today I ordered a pepperoni calzone. Mistake! It was so thin, the bottom was hard like a cracker, and there was about six pieces of pepperoni in it. To me, it was not only the worst calzone I’ve ever tried to eat, but also, very expensive dog food, and a waste of my money!

You shouldn’t accuse an innocent adult of such a criminal offense without thinking you could without needing an attorney afterwards. The Santoro Team informed you the delivery time and that the $80.00 has no bearing on it. Food Gets cooked and delivered in the order they get received.
