Santo Domingo Taqueria has an authentic Mexican dive restaurant that feels from the outside, and then you walk into a dive food restaurant that has great food with a bar. I love this place, and so does everyone else. Due to its popularity, it seems that people are always coming and going from here. Order and eat it or pick up to go, sit on the covered patio or inside. Great Horchata and fat burritos.

This is a place to get some great tasting good at a reasonable price. The interior is nice and simple with no frills. You order at the counter and then pick up your food. I had the El Super Burrito, which had carne asada, guacamole, beans, and a chile relleno inside it. That chile relleno definitely made the burrito. The only downside is that parking is limited in that area.

Delicious tacos, decent margaritas! Love that it’s walking distance from my house. Friendly staff and quick service. There are about 10 more taco places on my way but I walk past to this one!

Simply amazing!! The service was fantastic and extremely friendly, too. Out door seating was available, which was perfect since it was a Georgia’s day!

I went here years ago and maybe ordered wrong (possibly a vegetarian burrito which no one knows what to do with). The carnitas tacos are the best in town imo home made tortillas and the most succulent but charred meat the beans in the burritos are incredible. This place rules ! The carnitas burrito is how it should be NO RICE. Also the pico was great and fresh and the salsas were a solid A.

I finally tried the Santo Domingo Tacqueria today and I’m so glad I did! It’s been on my try out list for too long but when I checked their menu I saw that it’s Oaxacan cooking which I love and they also have nopales. I was in for a treat! The staff is welcoming and helpful. I ordered a nopales burrito and a chicken taco. The chicken taco has pico, onions, guacamole and chicken on two corn tortillas. They offer a verde, red and habanero sauce so I asked for a couple of red and verde. The chicken taco was delicious. The meat was very flavorful and the amount of condiments they put on my taco was perfect. The red sauce which was full of chili flavor was the perfect accompaniment. I was warming up to my burrito. The nopales burrito was also delicious. The chunks of nopales were very flavorful and had the perfect texture; soft with just the right amount of chew. The tortilla was tasty and held all of the burritos ingredients beautifully! I really liked that they add an egg in the burrito. Extra protein is a good thing in my book. The burrito also had very tasty long grain rice, pinto beans, and guacamole. I opted for the verde sauce with the burrito which really complimented all of its flavors. The prices are quite reasonable here and I felt like I got a really good value for what I ordered. The Santo Domingo Taqueria will definitely be a go-to restaurant when I’m craving Mexican good. 5 stars all the way! Indoor & outdoor seating available.

Best machaca burrito ever. My favorite, also other good breakfast burritos here. I wish they had hashbrowns. Coffee wasn’t available in the morning I went. Coffee goes well with burrito haha. I will come again. Parking is scarce.

We live in New Mexico and love Mexican breakfast. We stopped by this small neighborhood Taqueria just to see if we should check it out for future visits to Portland. They serve large portions but the food was not as spicey as we enjoy.

My partner and I ordered breakfast burritos, chorizo and machaca and both were delicious. The burritos are huge and packed full, worth every penny and honestly a good price. Looking forward to trying more of the menu.
