Do yourself a huge favor and grab some chicken tacos at Santiago’s. The drive-thru is quick and efficient, the chicken is super tender, and the produce on my tacos was very fresh. I was just passing through, but I will have to stop in next time I am driving the I10.

Omg everyone needs to try the beef hard tacos. They are made of desebrada .. (shredded beef) best taco inland empire even better than L.A. it’s not always about the size of tacos it’s the taste

The food is always solid, delicious, mexican food. Santiago’s could easily be a high end restaurant in Palm Springs, with a few updates–that does not apply to the food because that is all there. My partner and I are truly blessed to live nearby to satisfy our late night craving. But trust that I’m NOT being biased, we have visited other smaller food businesses around the valley that come and go, yet Santiago’s is still here for good reason.

Probably the best carne asada fries I have ever had. The service was really great. We asked for more salsa and the lady came out with so much! The woman working in the front was so great. Definitely recommend taking a stop here if you need a bite to eat.

I have been coming here once per week for the last 6 months. The food is always delicious and the family that runs the business are friendly and considerate. I highly recommend this restaurant. The Carne Asada tacos are super good.

I usually don’t ordered menudo for two reasons one mine is delicious second I don’t trust the cleaning and cooking process. However I was craving some and took a chance and I couldn’t be happier. Service was excellent and food was great. We will definitely be going back.
