The waitress that served us was very pleasant and professional and our meal was wonderful. The establishment was clean as well as our table. The only thing that kept this rating from being a 5 out of 5 was when saying “Hi” to several employees, I got no response and when entering and leaving. There was also no one at the door when I came in and when leaving which normally there is. Otherwise, it was a very satisfying experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good steak meal.

My husband and I went to eat here on August 24, 2016. The service was extremely poor. We had to ask for a spoon to stir our tea, after our waitress told us it needed to be stirred. Then, she forgot to have the burger we ordered to go, put in a to go container. I ordered the alfredo. It looked and tasted as if it had been reheated. By the time we were able to speak with a manager, my husband had finished his meal, so when offered a new meal, I declined as I did not want to wait for a new dish to be made. After handing the card to the waitress to pay, she came back with a discounted amount (not even half of what my dish cost). The to go burger had been thrown into a to go box and looked more like a hot mess that an edible meal. After contacting the company via email, and receiving a response that someone would be back with me shortly, it has been nearly a month, and I still have not heard anything. For such a well-known and high end chain restaurant, I am very disappointed in service from local to higher chains. We will not return.

Point blank Horrible customer service. Waitress was fake! My husband & I ate here this evening around 4pm. Our food was cold and very undercooked. We asked for them to cook our steak a little more and still brought it back looking the same. Meanwhile I’ve spent the last couple of hours throwing up.. Will be calling tomorrow to report this. Would have given no stars if possible…. don’t waist your time & money!

02/09/2015. Terrible dining experience. Ordered two rib eye dinners at $17.99 each. Requested medium well for both steaks and they were served well done. I decided to go ahead and eat mine (I was hungry and didn’t want to wait any longer) and my wife sent hers back. We had baked potatoes that were cold. The manager brought out my wife’s steak and when she cut into it it was well done again. The manager apologized and took the steak off the bill. She did not eat her steak and I only ate half of mine for the meat was tough. The manager also had to refill our drinks since our server never came around to check on us. You would think a steak house of this stature would know how to cook a steak properly especially for the price. Not so in this case. We had another bad experience here last year but decided to try again to see if things got better. Obviously they did not which is why I feel compelled to write this review. I am not a complainer I’m just giving some constructive criticism so the Santa Fe Cattle Co. can hopefully improve their service.

I visit Santa Fe quite often. The steaks are usually really good or really bad, nothing in between and you never know which way it will go. However, the last time I went I got the grilled chicken southwestern style and it was probably the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had!

The steak I had was not bad; however, I’m not going to eat there more than once or twice a year. The place was not busy when we went, but it still took a good 40 mins to get our meal; maybe that’s because we waited for 10mins after being seated to have our order taken…

The food is decent. I had the sausage app, the t-bone and two sides. The sides weren’t cooked properly but the steak and app were perfect. The service was the best part. Really friendly.

Come on guys/gals, I’ve eaten here since it opened. When we get service, ( ie. Later) Dodd us good if delivered on time., you always make up for mistakes, but sometimes hitting service perfect pays dividends to customers and employees/ ownership. Not trying to be critical sorry. I’ll be back hopefully for a better experience for me and my patrons
