This is the mecca for gluten free foods. The chicken tenders (gluten free, soy free, corn free) are the best I’ve ever had, and I’m not gluten free. The pot pies, the cakes, the key lime bars and all the other baked goods are amazing. My wife is celiac with soy and corn allergies has never had any issues. As a non-celiac, I would go here first for all the things I’ve listed. Strongly recommend, especially for anyone celiac.

Amazing food! One of the best restaurants in Frederick! We went because my gf is gluten intolerant and have been searching for gluten-free restaurants in Frederick. This place is just delicious, gluten-free or not, it’s just good! Food looks as good as it tastes and the staff is always so nice and friendly! Definitely a must visit!

Amazing!! I was diagnosed with celiac disease earlier this year and have been dying for a chicken sandwich. We drove from York, PA for lunch and it did not disappoint! The sandwiches and fries were excellent, and so were the cookies. They have a large selection of take home freezer items as well. I’m excited to try the chicken pot pie we got to take home. I would recommend this to anyone! It was great eating out and not worrying about getting sick.

the freezer food they sell is always such good quality and tastes delicious every time we get it. their freshly baked chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, and fries are so good and addicting!! really good variety of options for people with celiac or gluten intolerances

I’m dairy free but my hubs isn’t and we both loved EVERYTHING. The location is very humble and unassuming but I want to go back and try more. The chicken tendies were so crunchy and the fries were perfectly salty and the best texture. No limp fries here! Ok but let’s talk about this DF/GF pumpkin roll. Omg I don’t know how the cream tasty “cheezy” when it’s dairy free but wow. The churros were so rich and sugary! Going back to try their pie and cinnamon rolls.

Stopped in yesterday incidentally to see if they had dairy and soy free options and it DID NOT disappoint. I got a muffin, cookie, and chicken pot pie which I cooked tonight and it was all heavenly with not even a tiny bit of evidence on the taste end that it was gluten, dairy, and soy free. So so happy I found this place. I’ll be back. Worth the price and the chicken pot pie was loaded full.

I am so thankful I found this amazing place! The food is absolutely delicious. I bought a gluten free & dairy free chicken pot pie & chicken empanadas. They were out of this world! The best part is I didn’t tell my husband they were gluten & dairy free. He ate them both & loved them. He was so surprised afterwards when I told him! I can’t wait to go back and try more food. I highly recommend this place!
