12/10/22 First time there. Must say that everything we ordered was excellent. Only regret is that I forgot to take pics of the food except for desert. (Waffle cone cheesecake)that Jill recommended which was on the money and a must try.

First time here and we loved loved loved the pizza. Just wow! So tasty, so fresh. I want another one just writing this review. They are more of a personal pie size but we were four people and wound up sharing two different pies. We even liked our appetizer salads. Staff was also super accommodating and friendly. Thank you San Marzanos!

My wife and I have been here twice, the second time we made it a point to go as we are from 5 states away and only in town for special occasions. The food here is amazing. Our second visit we sat at the bar and had amazing service from a great waitress, I wish I could remember her name. Best garlic knots I’ve ever had anywhere. These are not like your regular garlic knots, they’re unbelievable. Everything is super fresh and delicious. I look forward to going the next time we are in town for a visit.

Most of the waitresses are RACIST. They don’t talk to Asians, Hispanic and Colored. We don’t know each other but I observed it. Like me who is Asian but can converse fluently they don’t care to ask how was the food. It happened to me 3x. No customer service at all. We speak English fluently.

Placed an order on their website. I called and they said it wouldn’t take that long for a delivery. I placed an order at 7:40 around there. They had my food ready by the time I called at 8:20. They said the driver would come in 30 minutes to pick up the food. And that my food would be getting here at 9 pm or more. What is this service? First of all, couldn’t have you guys made it atleast 20-10 mins before the driver came, knowing that it would take so long? So then now you charge me 7 dollars more for a cold pizza when I asked for warm. Seriously, San Marzano? I’ve been going there a lot and being a loyal customer I don’t how I feel being treated with this service. You guys could’ve done better . Food is still good tho. Just not for the price of 31-32 for 2 cold margherita pizzas.

Excellent food. The fried calamari is always fresh and the variety of pizza has something for everyone on the menu. Don’t skip the pasta dishes, as all of the pasta is homemade.

So glad I found this place. It’s open air and bright ambiance is a nice touch for a big brick oven place. The set up is a giant horseshoe bar in the middle with wooden tables and wall benches surrounding it, Edison lamps hanging down. Half the horseshoe bar is a bar, the other half is a pizza station with a brick oven. The pizza is top quality, especially in an area where there are a lot of top quality pizza options, like Saverios and Grimaldis. Unsung hero’s here are the homemade pasta and parm hero’s. I had the ravioli special and was blow away. It had pear and gorgonzola and some creamy shallots sauce. I wouldn’t have ordered it but the waitress gave me a nod on it. Was definitely unique and really good. Also good is the burrata and prosciutto app. Definitely a great spot for a large group or a date night.

Eggplant parm was outstanding! The sauce was sweet and tasty. It was a bit loud, however, good restaurants attract crowds. I recommend.

I was amazed at how excellent this small unassuming place was. Very good selection of pizza, friendly staff, and outrageously reasonable prices. Even the fried Calamari appetizer was crisp and cooked to perfection. The sodas being served out of baby Mason jars was a nice touch. I cannot wait to go back and try some of their other pizza selections. (pictured is our left overs – goat cheese and meatball pie and Bufala motz pie).

I love brick oven pizza but this was a true disappointment. I ordered the food online because that’s what people do. I placed the order at 5:30 p.m. and the expected delivery time was 7:05 p.m. I asked for plates and plastic ware. When the food arrived at 8:00 p.m. it was ice cold and no plates or plastic ware. I normally don’t mind eating cold pizza, but this tasted like plastic. The garlic knots had a great taste, but were just above room temperature. The good news is that the soda was nice and cold. It was interesting trying to eat the piece of chocolate cake without a utensil. I’m sure going to the restaurant would be a different experience……hopefully. Everyone apologized for being busy and very late. Thanks for the apology. My recommendation in the future would be to comp the meal and make sure you’re on the same page with your drivers. Also, make sure the drivers have a warmer.
